Best Buy delivery in Watertown, MA

Erick picked up a tablet and stylus at a Best Buy in Boston for me as we live in South Carolina to deliver to our nephew who was in the hospital. Despite having texts from me and photos of the email confirmations from Best Buy, they would not release one of the items to him. He was very persistent with them as I had texted him about our nephew and he called me to speak with Best Buy employees. Luckily they gave the items to him. He offered to even take the items to our nephew directly if he was allowed to his room. It was very kind of him. I wasn’t sure if our nephew was being discharged, so needed someone to deliver to the hospital instead of relying on Best Buy delivery. Very grateful!

They did great, however, the van was not big enough for my tv. Also they did not have blankets, or wrap. Also, I had to do a lot of the lifting, had to take my own door off the hinges, and help them get the couch down the stairs. Things definitely got a little banged up. My white couch is toast. I gave them a cash tip. Friendly guys, wish they came with blankets or moving supplies.

This was an insane ask for a ridiculously size and weight of tv cabinet and these guys went way over and above. Couldn’t recommend higher! Thanks!!

Julian and Agustin did an amazing and very professional job by transporting my new TV from the store to my apartment. They arrived on time and delivered it with extreme care and empathy. They helped us on a very challenging and special moment of our lives by delivering the product in such nice conditions. Thanks both for the wonderful job! They arrived promptly—within an hour of scheduling. They were knowledgeable about moving the type of appliance (upright refrigerator). Worked as a team and were careful not to damage hallways and stairwells. Great job! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The delivery was on time. both workers were very courteous, friendly, polite and efficient and handled the delivery with care and expertise. Agustin and Hussain were professional, careful, and thoughtful throughout the pickup and delivery. My furniture was delivered carefully wrapped and carried into the room and space I requested. Both men were friendly and did their best to place the furniture exactly without damage to the furniture, the floors or surroundings. Would highly recommend this team from Lugg!

Not only did they put the couches together quickly, but they also made sure everything was set up perfectly before leaving.
