When the giant table wouldn’t fit in our front door, they carried it all the way around to the back of our house to use a different door, which worked. And they were polite and friendly!
I felt very comfortable with them and I appreciated that they asked for my preferences with priorities for what got loaded into the truck first and where I wanted things placed in the storage space. They were so helpful!

They delivered a heavy dining room table. They had to turn it sideways to fit it through the front door. They wore gloves to protect the finish and were very careful to avoid hitting the door jambs and then placed the table perfectly centered on a rug. They were pleasant and efficient!

They were excellent!!! I had a very heavy adjustable base & king size bed and a split staircase. They were punctual, professional, and did an amazing job. Even did set up for me… the mattress store told me their delivery service would add an additional charge for that. This company didn’t. They deserved their tip! These guys were SO nice. They were on time to both the pickup and drop off destination, and so cautious when lifting this giant, heavy table going through a long, narrow stairway. This was my first time using Lugg and the experience could not have been easier. Thank you both!!

We had a very very heavy antique table to move, with a stone top and stone footings. Igor and Victoria didn’t hesitate and jumped right on the move. Very professional all the way - positive attitude, super careful and super efficient. A+++ all the way.
got here on scheduled time. was able to assemble the bed and adjustable base in a timely manner. was able to test the base to make sure it moved as needed into position according to remote.

The mattress was very unstable and hard to carry. They got it up a whole flight of stairs despite that. They were also super communicative through the whole process. Excellent job.
Dude, these guys are steller! My almost three year old wanted to watch everything, and Eric and Derek were more than happy to let her hang around (with me holding her out of the way of course). They told her jokes, answered her questions, and generally kept an upbeat demeanor. They carefully planned how they would move the mattress/adjustable base up our stairs, and noted any obstacles they would need to avoid. They set up the base so that all the features functioned, as well as took the packaging outside to our garage. They checked with us before cutting up the packaging in case our kids wanted to use it for a fort (uh, yeah of course!). I am super stoked that we chose to go with these guys and will definitely recommend them to anyone every single time!! Thank you 😊
