BUT would've been nice if on an already stressful move day, Claudio could've found a way to be at least a hint kinder. On one of the heaviest snow days in five years, he managed to keep everything perfectly dry. He also had to drive for three hours in the snow storm just to get to me, about 8 miles away. He helped keep me safe on the ice while we were unloading, and expertly moved my most delicate heirloom antiques. He did all of this with such kindness and cheer!
