Both men were extremely helpful and got my bed moved FAST. Malic was great! Claudio seemed annoyed with me from the minute he arrived. 5 stars & a tip anyway because I know this isn't an easy job — moving is HARD work, (which is why I needed help as a single woman who doesn't own a truck/van and needed extra strong arms!). BUT would've been nice if on an already stressful move day, Claudio could've found a way to be at least a hint kinder. Refused to greet me with a handshake, had an unfriendly demeanor the whole hour we were together. Nonetheless, maybe he was having a tough day / week / month & I can empathize. Josh went so far above and beyond that, I cried tears of joy, by the end. He completely knew what he was doing assessing items, and fitting everything into the truck bed perfectly. On one of the heaviest snow days in five years, he managed to keep everything perfectly dry. He also had to drive for three hours in the snow storm just to get to me, about 8 miles away. He helped keep me safe on the ice while we were unloading, and expertly moved my most delicate heirloom antiques. He did all of this with such kindness and cheer! There’s no way I could praise him enough. I’ll actually never forget what a good job he did for me. Thank you, Josh!!! - Paula
