Where to start! The whole experience went INCREDIBLY smoothly--the movers themselves were SO fast, and had amazing bedside manner and tact. Our building was giving us issues with their own moving "protocol" but Oleksanr and Nazaire were patient and respectful, I'm so grateful for them. Additionally, Lugg customer service goes above and beyond! I'm still amazed at how quickly Francesca responded to our last-minute request for a COI (again a building communication issue) and handled our building manager with grace and aplomb. Where “didn’t” they excel, you mean. Tim & Josh were an unbelievable brother team of two. They were extremely professional, moved some verrrrrry heavy/cumbersome/precarious dressers up a tight staircase and into the master bedroom. I couldn’t believe my eyes—we all thought I would have to come down to “plan b” for a location but they persevered to make our lives better. The dressers were topped with a heavy slab of marble each. They managed to use their magic to separate the marble top from the dresser in order to make it happen. I wish I could use these two fine fellows every time. Thanks Tim, thanks Josh! Bravo! - Amy
