Maxwell was great but my pickup was between 5:00-6:00 PM and Maxwell was notified around 5:58???? which is why he didn’t arrive until 6:20 PM. The service was great but the lack of communication was terrible - I sent 3-4 emails with no response and there was no phone number to call anyone so it was very frustrating. On top of everything else - Costco closes at 6:00 PM so I was outside the store with a refrigerator and no idea if anyone was coming over. I also had ordered a pickup truck to allow the fridge to be transported upright but ended up with a van and they had to set it on its side which I hope will not cause any problems.
