I requested last minute and in no time my couch was in my apartment. I requested one person (help was available at each location), but he came with help. This was my first time using the app and will definitely use in the future.
Miguel and Edwardo did a wonderful job moving a large media console table to my second floor apartment. They were efficient and careful not to damage the furniture. Would hire again!

I’ve used Lugg many times and it’s always been great but I think Mario and Francisco were by far the best. The performed a 3 bedroom apartment move for me (including stairs!) in a little under 3 hours. Remarkable. They were so kind and SO quick, while taking extra care of everything and making sure that everything I wanted moved was exactly as I wanted it. I would use them again for anything without question.
William and Henry were fantastic and experienced professional movers. They handled my belongings with care, asked me when I wanted to have my furniture wrapped in plastic or blankets, and worked for 5 hours without one complaint. It was a hot day too!! I ordered the LUGG Box (16ft truck) and that did the trick for my 675 sq ft apartment. I had a lot of stuff and they managed to move me into my new spot with zero challenges. I am so grateful for their time and expertise. Couldn’t have done this move without them. Thank you William and Henry. 11/10!!
Julia and Emilo did a fantastic job moving a heavy sleeper sofa up two flights of stairs into my apartment. They were very careful while packing the couch, and protected it well for transit. I would be happy to hire them again.

They were so patient with the chaos that they were met with at the building I was moving from where residents from 2 floors had just 2 hours to pack their belongings. I was on the 4th floor and the elevator was out of order. They took it all in stride. When they arrived at the new apartment, the elevator took a long time and they were very patient and careful with my fragile items. The situation was very stressful. But they made me feel okay and secure with them helping me get all of my belongings to my new place. Thank you! Thank you!

Aghiles and Meziane were awesome! Super efficient and helpful with parking. I wish that Lugg would have tips/advice for how to secure parking. I had requested a van instead of a truck because my destination is an apartment building with a garage, but the box truck is too tall to drive in.
