They helped us move a very heavy and awkward elliptical and made it seem easy. They were very nice to work with and even our dog loved them!
We had a little hiccup because we requested a pickup but got upgraded to a van. Unfortunately our elliptical machine did not fit in the van. Lugg was quick to resolve the problem and our new team (Ivan and Daniel) got the job done quickly and with no problems.

These guys were total pros. I was nervouse because I have wood floors and right turns but they somehow moved a gym grade elliptical from the front to the back. They were patient and tactical about how they worked and worked beautifully together.
Loved using lugg. The guys had to carry an elliptical down the steep side of our house and were friendly and very nice about it. The app was great to use. Will definitely use lugg again and will recommend to friends. Thanks for making my move so easy.
Leo & Zach were awesome albeit Cost Co fell short regarding service. Cost Co rep said two man job would lift and carry elliptical upstairs. I did not realize it was a four man job, I did ask rep how many persons could do the job, Cost Co rep said two man job. Unbeknownst to me, Leo & Zach said it would require 4 man job to carry upstairs. I did tell Leo & Zach that elliptical did not have to be carried upstairs and that I would talk to Cost Co rep and arrange for service for elliptical to be carried upstairs. Leo & Zach said it was cool and did the job, i am grateful for these two young men for doing this job which was not part of their job description. I will personally follow up with Cost Co rep and discuss that the customer be informed that service is only pick up and drop off. I told Leo & Zach the only reason I used the service was primarily for carrying elliptical upstairs. I will use your service in the future now that I witnessed first hand how committed & professional employees like Leo & Zach. Leo & Zach get infinite LIKES 👍

Jon and James were extremely courteous and pleasant. They came with tools so they were able to disassemble the top section of my elliptical and then they put it back together. Very professional. I highly recommend Jon and James!

First , Joe & Mateo came in a van that I had requested and didn't want to take the elliptical & told me to cancel the order .... Jesus & Rattay came in the afternoon. They were very helpful & polite. Although my husband had taken the machine apart enough to transport it, the 2 men broke it down a little bit more in minutes and it was delivered to my son's house in a speedy manner . I love your service but was a bit annoyed at the first movers that said it was too big for their van . It was an inconvenience to me & my son to have to reschedule. I think your service is outstanding and have used you before without any problems . Thank you ! I will recommend your service & I will use you again.
