Leo & Zach were awesome albeit Cost Co fell short regarding service. Cost Co rep said two man job would lift and carry elliptical upstairs. I did not realize it was a four man job, I did ask rep how many persons could do the job, Cost Co rep said two man job. Unbeknownst to me, Leo & Zach said it would require 4 man job to carry upstairs. I did tell Leo & Zach that elliptical did not have to be carried upstairs and that I would talk to Cost Co rep and arrange for service for elliptical to be carried upstairs. Leo & Zach said it was cool and did the job, i am grateful for these two young men for doing this job which was not part of their job description. I will personally follow up with Cost Co rep and discuss that the customer be informed that service is only pick up and drop off.
