Thomas and Charles were super efficient and took very good care of all of my stuff. I had several big mirrors that they took the time to wrap carefully and strap into the uHaul. They were very nice and helpful.
Paki and Sadiki were fantastic. They were courteous, on-time, and took extra care with our heavy vanity. This was my first experience with Lugg and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Paki and Brian were the best movers I've had. They kept me up to date of when they picked up the sofa and when they were on the way. They expertly moved in the sofa which is heavy and adjusted it as needed. They also helped to move/adjust a few other pieces of furniture for me. They were kind and funny and it was genuinely nice to meet them. Great experience!
The Dwayne and Kevin duo was great. I was holding my breath worried about the move (large and heavy dining table plus steep stairs to my office suite, which is in a really old building and is probably “grandfathered in” instead of meeting current building code requirements- know what I’m sayin’?), but Dwayne and Kevin are pros, and the Facebook marketplace said that they were really careful with loading the dining table and chairs. I now have a nice extendable glass top dining table in my conference room, and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Will and Kevin were fantastic. They started out instantly going above and beyond by successfully backing our moving truck up our very steep driveway - they did not have to do this for us and we were so grateful! They unloaded all of our fragile and heavy items with care and ease, handling a small box truck in 30 minutes flat. They even reversed the moving truck back down our driveway for us as well. They were incredibly friendly and made moving, which is usually very stressful, easy. Thank you, Will and Kevin!
I just want to know why I was charged an extra $19.77 over the $126.77 . The guys arrived at the house at 3:06 after going to the wrong house. It took them 35 minutes to load the heavy piece of furniture of which 10 minutes was deciding how to position the truck in the driveway. The drive to the other house was 15 to 20 minutes and it took 10 to 15 minutes to unload the piece into the garage. Everything took right under an hour and I commended the guys. But I was told travel time was not going to be included in the price. However? Pablo Daniel and Irvin were Great and I will use them again and refer them to friends.

They carried a very heavy recliner up some scary concrete steps and took it all the way through the house to a back room!
Michael and Bruce were great. They showed up and helped us get a very heavy dresser up 3 flights of stairs really fast. No damage to anything. And very proffessional. Thanks guys.
