The washer and dryer were protected with plastic wrap and moving blankets and secured to the truck. They also helped connect them.

Bernardo and Erick arrived on time and moved our washer and dryer swiftly and with obvious expertise. They were careful with protecting the areas they worked in and got the job done. They even helped us fix an additional issue we were having with a stuck lock while we were waiting for my partner to pick up a spare part at the store. Super helpful and experienced duo. Highly recommend.

Onaje was great. He was available last minute for an over 3 hour job, which he completed with enthusiasm and graciousness. He even gave us a couple of spare washers when the table he picked up were missing them. Thank you for making our first Lugg experience a great one, Onaje!

I was only moving downstairs so I knew I could move most of the items but highly recommended it for those that are limited on time. They were both presentable and respectful. Guadalupe excelled at everything! He was at the pick-up early, moved the dishwasher expertly, wrapped it in moving blankets and secured it in his truck. He beat me and my Lyft driver to my flat. He carried the portable dishwasher up 1 1/2 flights of stairs to my flat. He’s got a great personality and is very helpful. I say this with all honesty, he was efficient, and very kind.
