Home Depot did not have the order ready like they were supposed to. So Wilton and Andres loaded it up themselves from the store, then when they got here they carried it all the way to the backyard right where we needed it. VERY happy with this service!!! - Sara
These two had a pretty big order from Home Depot including a lot of 12’ boards. They were flexible to park at the end of our driveway and bring it up 30 ‘ to our house due to the incline of our driveway. Very much appreciated! - Zack
Sean greeted me in the Home Depot while I was on the line for checkout. I really appreciate the gesture and that they waited for me to checkout and helped to bring the items from inside the Home Depot to the van. I also appreciated that both of them helped to bring up 10 units of heavy drywalls to inside of my apartment even though there’s no fee per minute since I initially ordered a pickup truck. There’s no way I can do this without them. So, thank you! Tiny note to Sean and Mohammed: it would be good if you let me know you were on the way to the pickup location since I can checkout in advance. To Lugg: I can only confirmed that someone is coming after the drivers arrived or when they are on the way. I understand that currently this is being done via SMS. However, use needs the status feature in the app. And the clear non-vauge confirmation that someone have accepted the job before the earliest pickup time. - Shafie
Akcel met us at Home Depot to pick up a bathroom vanity cabinet that we'd ordered online. He arrived a few minutes before us and went straight to customer service to pick up the cabinet for us (without us asking!). By the time we arrived at the appointment time, he was already loading it into the truck. Awesome service! - Joanna

Fabulous. Light years better than renting a truck and going to find some willing movers outside Home Depot. Also much better than the guys who charge a low hourly rate then demand a massive tip in cash. Only suggestion would be to build in functionality for different size loads or multiple trips. Angel and Chanakya worked so so hard to help me get my flooring materials in the house. The boxes were large and very heavy and it was particularly hot today. It is approximately 10 inches long. I have taken a photograph and written a statement that they signed before leaving. Please notify me what steps I should take next. ThIs was my fIrst use of Lugg. Discount BuIlders Supply told my that Uber pickup trucks won’t carry lumber. They recommended Lugg to get me and my stuff home. In my Lugg booking note, I wrote that I, me, am part of the trip. I go with my stuff. The guys said that they don’t usually give rides, but they squeezed me into the back of their extended cab. Not luxury, but screw the idea of booking a second ride/haul service. You guys should offer rides from stores to your customers, not just your customers’ stuff. Thanks for the lift! - Bryan
