They took a minute to plan the path into the apartment before bringing anything in, which made everything feel really smooth. One small note is the bungee cord used to secure the bed mechanism left a dirt mark on the white couch. I was able to get it out with soap and water, but something a bit cleaner or padded might help for lighter fabrics. Overall really good experience and I’d definitely use them again. - Matthew

Your website brought up a number of sites for donations and I picked the one closest to the moving site to reduce cost. The movers called me from the address that I had gotten from your website and there was a different business there. He had to do his own research to find an alternative. Needless to say, I had to add time and distance to my original bill. This is the second issue I have had with the company website. If only there were someone to talk to.
