they were patient and thorough! They picked p my refrigerator from Best buy, got my consent to lay it down after taking out the glass and wrapping it up. Make sure to document the process and brought it in the house!

He picked up a 65-inch TV from Best Buy and delivered to my apartment without any dirt or anything on the box. It was a breeze communicating with him, too. This is my second time using Lugg. Could believe efficient & fast it was picked up and delivered. I will be using Lugg more often. Special When I go to Costco or Best Buy. Had to buy smaller tv 2 weeks ago because I had no way getting it home.

The Christians were great to work with - and on the pickup side, they really went above and beyond in helping me to resolve issues I was having with Best Buy (I spent almost an hour on the phone trying to give them permission to pick up the fridge - I was at the destination - and they were able to convince Best Buy to release it once they were there). Unfortunately, we weren't able to get the fridge inside (my fault; I stupidly forgot to measure the width of my front door) - but they helped me get it up to the upper landing, and I was able to come back later and take off the fridge doors to get it inside. Throughout all of this, they were both super friendly, helpful, and flexible as the complications stretched out the time frame for the job.

They where super careful. This is the third range we’ve had delivered in a week. The first two where damaged by the Best Buy Outlet’s contracted movers. We couldn’t ask for a better job and would highly recommend them to anybody needing movers.

Rick and Stuart are awesome! They went above and beyond the call of duty working through order pickup questions at Best Buy picking up without me present. Friendly, courteous and I recommend both of them very highly!

I needed help this week moving a large appliance in my unit so that a repair could be made.  I booked the move with Lugg, and it was the right decision.  Luggers Diego and Julian were punctual, professional, efficient, and pleasant.  I couldn't have asked for more. It started sprinkling immediately after they started taking my appliances to my backyard. My floors are being refinished so they'll be out there for a few days. Eder was knowledgeable about how to disconnect the ice maker and they helped tarp the items so they're protected while they're outside.

Julio and Juan were amazing! They were extremely professional, showed up promptly, and moved all the super heavy appliances in and out in less than 15 min. Talk about efficiency!!!!!

Wow! These guys did an amazing job. I had to move a small apartment and also restock some appliances couldn’t have been able to do otherwise super efficient, nice and super strong.

From the time I booked their services until the time they delivered my washer dryer to my house was 45 minutes. And only 45 minutes they zipped over to the sellers house, picked up two big appliances, drove to my house and deliver them to my laundry room, even offering to hook them up for me. he too must be magicians, in addition to movers. They had the equipment they needed to do the job safely and efficiently. This is my second time using love, and I have found it a reasonably priced and timely solution to moving big things.
