Leonardo and Khalid were so kind and helpful in bringing a quite large sectional into our second floor apartment. Great communication and efficient moving. They went above and beyond taking care of our new item, picking it up from someone in Carlsbad and bringing it over to me, despite sitting in over an hour of traffic. Very grateful for these two!

Kevin and Khalil were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond our expectations with our move. They managed to get our furniture through a small doorway, into our tight apartment, and up a narrow staircase with no problems at all. They were extremely polite, professional, and careful with everything. They even helped my husband move an extra chair into our home without hesitation. I can’t recommend them highly enough — they made what could have been a stressful move quick and easy. Thank you, Kevin and Khalil!
Steve and Anthony are awesome, they got my heavy couch out of a very tough spot in my apartment. I really appreciated the extra effort they put in to move the couch, it was not easy to get into that room and it was not easy to get out and I’m very thankful they were able to do the job. This was my first time using Lugg, I really just needed a pickup & an extra set of hands to transfer my new desk I had purchased to my apartment. My lugger came prepared with not only that but a few blankets & wrap to keep my new purchase safe while we traveled a few miles north on the interstate. I’m so grateful he had such care with my item! The whole experience was about 30 minutes long, a quick trip but honestly so helpful! He was friendly, attentive & I’m just really grateful for the help!
They were on time, quick and efficient. Loaded a 200lb purple mattress down one set of stairs, in the van, 22 minute drive to new apartment, up another set of stairs in 1 hour! Would definitely use them again!
These guys were great. Not one scuff scratch or mark on the furniture and we have a very narrow staircase leading to our apartment, plus our entryway isn’t made to help you get anything inside. But they did it and made it look too easy.
These guys worked so fast and so carefully to get all our stuff to our new apartment. So grateful for their hard work and care!

Listened well, followed my preferences for room placement cheerfully, were careful with my boxes, and worked very well as a team getting through all the doors necessary to safely get my stuff into my apartment and Bryon had excellent space planning suggestions so my boxes did not take up valuable floor space. Wow! Best Luggers yet! Will definitely use Lugg App again when I need to!
