This was the first time using Lugg and I have to say I was VERY impressed with Gean and Isaac. They packed the furniture they delivered very securely and unloaded everything with care. They were friendly and helped moved the heavy furniture to a secure space. They set a very favorable impression of Lugg with my first experience.
Shawn and Jonathan were awesome. We bought a recliner to put in my mother’s room at the retirement village and it wouldn’t fit in the back of my SUV. We needed to coordinate around the meal schedule for the residents and not impede the movement of wheelchairs in and out of the elevator and hallways. Shawn and Jonathan jumped right to it. Got the box in their truck at Costco, followed us to the facility, wheeled it in and up to her room, got it in place and disposed of the box all while warmly greeting residents and staff at the facility including my bedridden Mom. Thank you for making this not only a painless process but pleasant as well.
Jeremy and Henry were very fast and had great teamwork. I had two storage units in a house with things going to various places and they were really good about listening and knowing what goes where. in addition, when we got to the house I had to move some furniture around and they didn’t hesitate to help me. I would absolutely hire them again.
They were great! Amazing! Stellar! They were so quick and efficient, amazing communication and team work. They came early and were so nice when I was running 10 mins after. I really appreciate how kind, and gentle they were to me, my old place, my new place, and my belongings. They were in and out and I couldn’t say anything but great things about them.

Very kind, worked efficiently, picked stuff up like strong gladiators, had their own equipment, took good care of what was being moved, and were extremely professional. These guys did an amazing job. Were able to pack everything I needed and safely transport it to the new house. Were very kind to place all of the furniture I needed in its correct spot, including bringing things up a narrow staircase. Truly 10/10 job
Both men were very kind respectful careful and efficient. Arrived early placed all pieces where I wanted them removed plastic covers from the cushions. No damage to either my home or the furniture delivered. I am so glad Home Goods recommended Lugg I will certainly call again if I’m in need of help. Thank you!!!
Saasaan was EXCELLENT! He came extremely prepared with covers, plastic wrapping, dollys, security straps and more. My sofa is white and I was extremely worried it would get dirty via transport but seeing Saasaan wrap everything to ensure it was delivered in perfect condition gave me such peace of mind! He was also willing to help carry it to my door. I didn’t once ask him for any help, he immediately took initiative to ensure it got delivered into my unit. He was also extremely nice and patient. Thank you so much Saasaan for our first amazing experience with Lugg. We will be using you again!

The gentleman that delivered this huge oversized baroque mirror were both definitely very careful with handling it and moved it into my desired space.
They excelled on promptness, professionalism, and on collaboration. Christian offered suggestions to make better use of the space and the supply needed to best move the office furniture. They were swift and completed the move faster than I expected. Both were also flexible with my requests as I had to changes from my original plan.
Christian and CJ did an excellent job. I had a very heavy and bulky buffet table and I have a lot of stairs in my home. They were efficient and took their time to make sure the table made it to its place safely. Thank you guys:) 🙏

I have a very small place. It was a tight squeeze. They took apart my old futon and put it outside so that we can get my new sofa inside. And we really had to squeeze it threw a lot of stuff to get where it needed to be. They gave me the time to clean up under where the old futon had been and they were very nice and helpful.
Both David and Lucas were superb and place the carpet exactly where we wanted. Also helped move some furniture. Excellent work! But your website is not user friendly when booking. After entering card info and selecting time, it comes back and asks us to enter ALL the information again if that time a lot is not available. Also it rejected 3 of my cards, even though they are in good standing.
Mark & Keith were great. They moved a large sofa down a narrow hallway, down a set of stairs at my condo and into the garage. It was a tight space, but they did a great job. They also moved a couple of pieces of furniture out of the way and then put them back in place.
