Home Depot appliance delivery in Richmond, CA

Bruno and Jose were both very helpful in answering my questions/concerns. Also so easy to have the multiple stops, which included having the guys pick up an item from Home Depot without us having to meet them there, before they came to the house to pick up the rest of the items. We think Lugg is the best company with friendly and stellar employees. This has been our 4th time using Lugg.

Home Depot did not have the order ready like they were supposed to. So Wilton and Andres loaded it up themselves from the store, then when they got here they carried it all the way to the backyard right where we needed it. VERY happy with this service!!!

These two had a pretty big order from Home Depot including a lot of 12’ boards. They were flexible to park at the end of our driveway and bring it up 30 ‘ to our house due to the incline of our driveway. Very much appreciated!

They moved 10 glass/mirror doors perfectly and with zero damage. They moved them upstairs (very bulky and heavy), again, with no damage. I did have to bring extra moving blankets, because after I booked the Lugg to move 5 mirrored doors, I ended up purchasing 5 more doors from the same person, and wanted them to move all 10 for me. They did not have enough moving blankets for all 10, and they were adamant that they could not be liable for any damage to the un blanketed doors, so I went to Home Depot, purchased more blankets, delivered them to the pickup location, and after that, everything went smoothly.

Sean greeted me in the Home Depot while I was on the line for checkout. I really appreciate the gesture and that they waited for me to checkout and helped to bring the items from inside the Home Depot to the van. I also appreciated that both of them helped to bring up 10 units of heavy drywalls to inside of my apartment even though there’s no fee per minute since I initially ordered a pickup truck. There’s no way I can do this without them. So, thank you! Tiny note to Sean and Mohammed: it would be good if you let me know you were on the way to the pickup location since I can checkout in advance. To Lugg: I can only confirmed that someone is coming after the drivers arrived or when they are on the way. I understand that currently this is being done via SMS. However, use needs the status feature in the app. And the clear non-vauge confirmation that someone have accepted the job before the earliest pickup time.

Akcel met us at Home Depot to pick up a bathroom vanity cabinet that we'd ordered online. He arrived a few minutes before us and went straight to customer service to pick up the cabinet for us (without us asking!). By the time we arrived at the appointment time, he was already loading it into the truck. Awesome service!

Nice work by Mario and Jovian! Picked up my new large tool box from Home Depot to my house. They were extra careful- had taken precautions by shrink wrapping before loading onto their truck and delivered safely without a scratch. My first time using this service and I was pleased with the result.

Awesome team. Home Depot held them up for an hour because they sent the “it’s ready” confirmation and didn’t actually have it ready. Really sorry about that. They were great guys super nice and did a great job.

Thanks for being patient while we waited at Home Depot! Tiffany was also very careful with securing items in her truck, and unloading at the destination. Overall great experience.

Awesome as always, one of the only service apps that consistently has excellent people. For this task I really appreciated their patience in dealing with home depots disorganisation

They arrived at the wrong Home Depot at first (there's one across the street) but that was due to the app I think not them.

Jake and David were awesome. They picked up from Home Depot and delivered at my garage. The whole pick up was a breeze.
