They are excellent. Efficient and great moving skills. I have stairs and they carefully moved a very heavy dresser from Restoration Hardware.

Carlos & Gabriel were on time, kind and conscientious! They met me at the RH Outlet and I had 8 medium sized furniture items that had to be fit into their truck. They took care to strap down the heavy items, used blankets (which they had!!) to protect the items. On the delivery side, the guys were great, placing each item according to my directions. The items were heavy and my space is imperfect, but the guys had a great attitude the whole time. Would work with them anytime! Also the truck was a great size - I was surprised everything fit with space to spare!

The guys were great. Unfortunately the dresser was damaged beyond reasonable repair in the corners. So sorry to do this but I need to be credited back for cost of the dresser from rh. Can you send someone to pick up? It will be very hard for me to get it out of here by myself. Please email me and I can send pictures ...

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Levon and Bernard were terrific. I always like to spend time speaking with anyone that I meet and finding out about them. My only complaint is that I didn't realize that I was going to get charged for the extra time that I spent speaking with Bernard once the actual job was done. I am not blaming them - perhaps that is your policy. But I was charged for an extra few minutes both leaving the pickup destination and the drop-off destination. When they finished loading the truck I spent a few minutes talking to Bernard and explaining the best way to get to my house. After they finished unloading the furniture at my house I spoke with Bernard about his plans for the future. Really!! You charged me for that time? They were great, but I won't use you again if that is your policy.

I had a great experience! I purchased a huge media system from Restoration Hardware and tried Lugg! The price to move was the best and no problem to book a pick up time for the next day! Andrew and Jorge let me know they were in route to the store and gave me and eta on when to expect them at my home. Everything was right on time and they both were super professional clean cut and strong! Thank you guys! I will definitely use them again! Danielle

Rafael and Luis were very friendly and efficient in moving a sofa bed and chair from my home to my daughter’s. I was a little worried because of the heaviness /bulkiness of the convertible sofa and the fact that stairs were involved, but they figured out how to maneuver it to fit through doorways and clear the overhead at the stairwell. They did the complete move and set up within 1 hour. Lugg also upgraded us to the XL van for free to accommodate for what they thought we would need. I would definitely use this service again.

These guys were prompt, professional and worked quickly. We will be using them in the future for our other delivery needs. Highly suggest using them.

Xavier and Hector were Amazing!!! My Dresser was way heavier than I first thought. They Were SuperHuman!!! Carrying my furniture up and down narrow stariway. And they were not only competent, but Extrmemly Cautious with my furniture. Plus, True Gentleman. Thanks Xavier & Hector!!!!

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great communication and very efficient. The sideboard I bought had glass in it and they wrapped it up nicely and it was delivered safely. Would definitely use Farhad and Jose again!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

So polite and treated everything with care. I felt like I almost had to force them to take a break for some water, because they were powerhouses. Will definitely use Lugg the next time I move!

Both men were so great!!! We were happy to have them. They moved the heaviest Restoration Hardware furniture! Great overall experience but these two made it easier!

Two other guys from “Pure Movers” showed up seconds before Omar and Robert showed up and claimed they were my movers. They even called me by my name and ask to see my unit. I usually don’t pick up phone number I don’t recognize but luckily Omar kept dialing my number and I picked up. When I discovered the other guys weren’t my movers I immediately went in the direction Omar told me he was. One of the stranger guys followed me out and Omar went out of his way to make me feel safe and told off the unwarranted aggressive guy. I don’t know what would of happened if I didn’t picked up Omar’s call but I’m glad I did because I would of been robbed or something worst could of happened. Thank you so much, Omar for going above and beyond the call of duty. You’re my superhero.

I’m glad this guy brought my stuff he was very nice And friendly Actually I had anorher delivery guy Ans he said my stuff didn’t fit in his van so he was not gonna bring it to me and that I had to cancel my order. I was worried my stuff would just get lost. But I’m glad Binh was able to bring my mattresses and bed frames Thank u so much !!!

Wow, I’m so happy I found this service! I was able to get my sofa delivered in just a few hours. The delivery guys were super friendly and efficient. I 10/10 recommend!

I was able to coordinate with them over the phone and it went absolutely smoothly, perhaps even moreso had I actually been there. So glad I didn’t resort to Craiglist. My sister recommended Lugg and from my experience I would definitely recommend to a friend and will.

Hello Lugg, Guillermo was absolutely the best!!!!....He was professional and personable. He was friendly and so very nice. He really had a great disposition. Guillermo did his job with a smile on his face the whole time. He arrived on time and ready to work. He wanted to make sure he placed the furniture correctly. Here’s the problem. Guillermo was given the wrong piece of furniture. The Home Goods store clerk loaded the wrong console table on the truck. Unfortunately, I did not receive the delivery, my adult daughter did and she did not know this was the wrong console table. When I realized the the wrong piece of furniture had been delivered, Guillermo was long gone. I immediately called the store to report the mix up. I spoke to Jackie who said her manager Heather was trying to contact Lugg but was unsuccessful. Heather is trying to resolve the problem now. Perhaps someone at Lugg could contact Heather at her number below. They were both very nice. I do think efficiency could have been better as they seemed a bit overwhelmed by the job initially. I don’t think it’s necessarily their fault, perhaps Lugg needs to prepare movers for more than just a pick up of an easy sofa etc.

They did a great job BUT, my $10 off is not included in the total and it did not take 45 minutes to load the truck upon arrival. They were lost and perhaps they included that time in their labor? I’m not sure, but, they did not work for 45 upon arrival.

Couldn’t have done it without these two superheroes! Both Edward and Reginald were so friendly and positive!

Both Jerome and Mateus were my superheroes today. I needed same day help with packing and loading things onto a U-Haul truck. Super simple online process to schedule Lugg. Jerome and Mateus were on time, got to work right away, kept a fast pace, took direction easily and accurately. They were really awesome at loading the truck too. Good guys with great work ethic. I am so grateful to have found Lugg. They were very professional and trustworthy and respectful of my property. I'd happily hire Jerome and Mateus again.

THE BEST! Super friendly and they have Herculean strength moving a 400lb RH coffee table. They even helped us measure out our furniture space to make sure everything looked great. Hope to use them again!!!
