Thank you to Oscar and Brenda! They did a great job and you are not going to find a better mover and team leader than Oscar. He knew exactly what to do and how to get it done quickly and efficiently. He took such good care of my furniture. He's a total pro and both him and Brenda are friendly and hard workers. Do yourself a favor and book them next time you need moving services!!

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Wallace and Wallace are really professional and great guys! They event assisted some other customers as World Market load up their furniture while we waited for mine to be ready.

I was amazed that when I walked into world market (arrived early so they could gather my things for pickup) to see that the staff were already bringing my things up front. When I asked how they knew I was there they said they got a call from Paul coordinating it with them. Paul was able to move 2 full sized sofas. One loveseat and one sofa chair all in his pickup. His truck was of Uber quality and Paul’s demenaor was calming and had everything under control.

They had a difficult time at World Market because World Market was short staffed but they still kept us informed and did their best to come in a timely manner!

Dmetry and Jonathan were wonderful! Friendly, called ahead, arrived within the window at the time they said they would. Very careful moving my dresser down a flight and up a flight at the drop off location and even helped me reposition a piece of heavy furniture in my new bedroom. They were great and would recommend Lugg!

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

These guys were ah-mazing! I was super ambivalent about using Lugg, which I've never used before. I was worried that I'd have to wait around forever for them to arrive, but they arrived at World Market to pick up my purchase within 30 mins. It took them another 30 mins to drop it off at my place. Hassle free, quick, convenient, and trustworthy! Will definitely use Lugg again!!

Thomas called me to tell me they were running behind schedule (they had to pick up my kitchen table at World Market); I totally forgot it was Black Friday aka a million people shopping nationwide. First time user of the app and it was so easy! Bought a bunch of patio furniture from Costco with no idea how to transport so used the Lugg app and was extremely happy with the job that was done. Fast, reliable and overall a really good experience.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

I was not billed the charge I was told on the app and the website. It was $34 plus your customary add-ons for worker time. there were 2 small oieces from World Market. I also used a first time user $20 dIscount code. I was billed more than twice that - $70 less $20 promo. I emailed with Roxanna but she has not responded a second time, So I have put part of the amount billed in dispute with my credit card company. Will never use again if this is the way your accounting works!

I was told by World Market that Lugg would deliver and install the table and chairs. When the delivery gentlemen arrived, they told me they would not install and that they strictly deliver. This is more of a fault on World Market, not the delivery service you provide. I am definitely not satisfied, as I was paying for delivery and installation, and had I known it was strictly delivery, would definitely not have paid for that, as I could have easily brought the table and chairs home in my suburban.

They were friendly and good communicators! Did a fantastic job with the pick up and delivery of my purchase at World Market down in San Jose!

It was a transport of accent chair from World Market to our apt. About 3 miles away. Done quickly, smoothly with no glitches. Crew was excellent and friendly. I’ll certainly use your services in future
