Did a fantastic job! I expected the job of unloading my rental truck to take 1-2 hours. These two got here on time in the right place and unloaded the entire truck in 35min. I was beyond impressed I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Arrived on time. Followed my instructions where to park most conveniently. Were careful in removing cartons and loading them on truck. Pleasant to deal with.

A little frustrated by the setup because movers assigned after the promised window, but once we got these movers they were great!

Really great job, exceeded all of my expectations. When there was a delay in pickup, Lugg upgraded my van to a box which was very appreciated. The movers texted me every step of the way before their arrival.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

My second time with Michael and Jerome as my Lugg movers, and they did a phenomal job with my move again! They communicated times well, wrapped all my furniture up carefully, and extremely friendly. They’re truly experts, and completed the job quickly! Thank you again Jerome and Michael! Can’t express my praise and thanks enough.

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

Irwin and Emmanuel were on time and very communicative throughout the pickup and delivery trip. The table was securely placed in their truck, and they were very careful when bringing it into our home. It was my first time using Lugg so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a great experience and made the furniture delivery process so much easier!

They were very friendly and helped move my package from their truck into my apartment despite the long walkway and stairs they had to manage.

The movers were great. They were efficient. The Lugg experience was problematic. The scheduling went awry and even the pickup location, which Lugg put in the wrong place even though it had the correct name of the business and the address. When that all got straightened out, the people involved handled everything professionally.

These guys were amazing. Expert movers who used lifting techniques to move a huge bookcase and king size bed in minutes! Truly my best Lugg experience yet!

Michael and Jerome are the most professional movers I've ever have a pleasure of working with. They're both extremely courteous, careful, and professional both in timing and in making sure that the move went flawless and there wasn't a trace of damage.

They arrived early at the PU spot and were ready to go. We had an easy load in. They met me at my house within minutes of my arrival and we had a quick load out. I had ordered only a truck + 1 Lugger so was surprised to see 2 Luggers and a van. I told Efosa about the mix up and he fixed it easily - no extra charge. Plus they were just nice people and a pleasure to meet.

Amazing work!!! Would hire for myself, family, and my kids for college move in! LUGG definetly holds a high standard for their work because let me tell you how amazing they did! I cannot speak highly enough of Michael and William. It literally snowed the day before my move, it was the coldest day in the past year, and yet they still showed up right on time and were the bright spot in my day (and moving is really never fun). They rolled with the punches when cars were illegally parked in the moving van spot, and DC parking enforcement was too understaffed to send a tow truck. I truly couldn’t have done this without them. You’re lucky to have them. Hands down the best movers I’ve ever had.
