Great Communication Very helpful Moved old stuff out of the room first Respectful of the home (to shoes off before going upstairs)

They allowed my husband to talk their ear off. He just needed some adult interaction (he’s home alone with 3 kids). They joked around with him while remaining professional and getting everything set up. They were wonderful!

We booked the day before and are so grateful for Jose Luis & Angelo who are great. They moved everything we needed moved where we needed it moved to in our home. They are cheerful, professional, and efficient. We will definitely recommend Lugg and will book if we need help in the future.

These guys were great! We need to move some things again around our home this coming week and hope they can come again!

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

They were so nice and professional, had a positive attitude. Will use Lugg again it was so easy and I’m so happy I got to purchase a piece of furniture I love and didn’t have to rely on others to get it home. Such a great expierence

Moving isn't a fever anymore. I've used Lugg 2 times, and each time it was 5*. I don't have to watch them, they managed to to everything perfectly by themselves. Thanks.

Second time I used them to help me move very heavy exercise equipment. Firs time elliptical upstairs and second a treadmill. They were very careful not to damage my home or the equipment. I highly recommend them!!

They were on time as they advised of their travel to pick up the furniture and and the time they would arrive at my home. They kept us informed, they handled our furniture with care.

These guys picked our new sofa we purchased at Macy's and delivered it to our home. They worked so hard to get it through our front door but we only had a half inch clearance so it just wouldn't work. With much disappointment they had to leave it in our garage until we can find a way to replace our front door with a wider door or find a way to dissemble the sofa in order to move it to our living. These guys were awesome to work with us for so long. Very hard workers and we appreciate their effort. Thanks guys!

John and Andrea were very friendly and courteous. While waiting for delivery, they were accessible by phone and politely gave me an update about where they were in the pickup process. Once they arrived, they were efficient, focused, and quick. Even with snow on the ground, they were considerate and professional enough to wipe their feet thoroughly before entering my home.
