Hector and Jose were fantastic! I was having everything taken to Goodwill and when they got there the power was out and the store closed. They worked with me to find the next best alternative for me to donate out things. They were excellent movers, communicators and problem solvers! They made a tough day much easier.

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

So quick and friendly and warm demeanor. Wasn’t intimidated by an unwieldy sandblasting cabinet that needed a hand from seller at pickup and me at dropoff (both of us were free) he is thorough and has a very helpful and interested to learn without prying in any way. The thing I got is not too common and he was keen to understand an overview of its abilities. This helped him to move it cautiously helping to keep an eye on more fragile parts. Perfect move (very highest praises for a very confident and competent mover. Thank you so much. I couldn’t be more pleased. Best regards

These cabinets are covered in extremely thin and delicate curved mirrors. They break and crack in a strong wind-they are very, very fragile. I have tried moving them myself and cracked the sides three times. So I called in the pros….my ace Lugg experts Steven and Jesus. I was so pleased when they pulled up as they moved two large display cabinets for me a few weeks ago ago. Moved them perfectly. They came armed with multiple blanket layers and mover’s film and swaddled these chests like a newborn. No dollys to risk pressure on glass, they hand carried them to the truck and ingeniously tied down the legs so no straps put pressure on any glass. They were awesome, gentle, strong, thoughtful, and very smart on how not only to move them, but also to care for them, protect them. They arrived at our destination and they showed the same care and concentration in unloading as they did loading. The arrived in perfect condition. I could not not be happier or more impressed with their focus on being extra careful and gentle and with their friendly professionalism. Hiring Lugg to move these was the best move I ever made and getting the Wonder Team of Steven and Jesus just made it all the better. You cannot go wrong with this service. It saved my back, several trips of taking out the drawers (very heavy chests) with every move of mine risking another crack, and more replacement glass. Not this time, they were AWESOME, AS GOOD AS IT GETS WITH MOVES! HANDS DOWN THE BEST! Again, I know it’s long, but I can’t say enough good things about my Lugg experience, they treated those chests as delicately and carefully as humanly possible, and it showed. Their teamwork and communication with each other and with me was outstanding. Hire them…you can’t go wrong and it will save you a lot of stress. Now I’m free to go about my day totally satisfied these chests made it safely. Thank you Steven and Jesus…you two rock! I’ll look forward to our next job together. -John

They were both awesome! They worked tirelessly staying positive and professional. They communicated to each other the best way to move the piece of furniture when it was heavy and/or awkward. This ensured they were on the same page and handled the furniture delicately. I was impressed how they kept going and made sure everything was completed. They were both very polite and and extremely hard workers. They did an excellent job

The team was super efficient and very careful with our fragile items. They understood how best to load our boxes to prevent breakage and were able to safely move a number of items at one time! They were very personable yet focused. I genuinely recommend them as they made the the whole experience very easy

Bruno and Igor are absolutely phenomenal! They arrived early, which was already a great start, and their efficiency and professionalism completely blew me away. They picked up a mattress for me and assembled a rather complicated bed frame in just 30 to 45 minutes with ease. What truly stood out was their kindness and hospitality—they genuinely went above and beyond to make my life easier. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about providing the best service possible. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give them a 12. My words can’t fully capture how wonderful both of them are. If you’re considering hiring them, do it—you won’t regret it. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, over and over. Bruno and Igor are simply the best!
