They were on time picking up from Ikea and noticed that the order was wrong!!!! Great catch!!! They were also super fast on delivering my stuff to my apartment. All in all would recommend to anyone!

They came to IKEA right away and then stayed in touch as they wrestled with terrible traffic. Once at my building, they were swift and pleasant. Great representatives of your company.

They are very professional. They checked with me when they arrive at IKEA to confirm with me about the number of items according to my receipt. They are very responsive. Moreover, they arrive right on time around 11:00am (EST) right at the beginning of my scheduled time window 11am-12pm (EST). They are excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone who need delivery of furniture.

These guys were prompt, professional and worked quickly. We will be using them in the future for our other delivery needs. Highly suggest using them.

I was able to call Edwin twice and he picked up and assure me of the delivery. They picked up the supplies on time and delivered them within the time that was slotted. I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They caught an error that IKEA made and were very kind and helpful, as well as very efficient and quick.

I was having trouble returning some boxes to Ikea. They went above and beyond by taking my stuff upstairs and even registering for the return!!! Can't recommend enough!!!!

IKEA’s delivery system is great. The person that inetiated the delivery was friendly and the persons delivered were great.

I randomly found a -as if dresser from IKEA. Obviously I didn’t come prepared to take that home. I was told there’s a delivery service. Well from the time I purchased the dresser it was 2 hours later and it was delivered to my house. Can we say convenient. They were so profesional and very accurate on the timing. I was updated through out the process. I highly recommend it.

1) Constant communication 2) When they accidentally delivered the wrong item, they very kindly HELPED me deal with the IKEA representative on the phone to report the issue and, 3) they found my correct item and delivered it to me SAME DAY, within 2 or three hours! Wow! I was blown away ! Very nice gentlemen, both of them!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

The IKEA order was a big mess & Annur took the time to double check that all the pieces on the order are there before delivery. They were efficient & courteous. Hope they are the right pieces when the Tasker comes tomorrow to assemble!

Hi. Carlos and Carlo delivered my sofa with fast, quick, and courteous service. The sofa was delivered to my door in excellent condition, just like I bought it. It's for my autistic adult sons who don’t adapt well to change. I know they will love it. Carlos and Carlo made this transition for me and my sons, from old to new, a pleasant experience. Robert was excellent. He called ahead of time to let us know when he arrived at IKEA to pick up the furniture, and to double-check that what he was picking up was what we expected. Very thoughtful. He then texted to let us know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he was prompt, polite, courteous, efficient, and careful. He also helped us to bring our new sofa upstairs. Even though the sofa had 7 pieces, everything was done in under 18 minutes. I can’t remember the last time I had such great delivery service. Thank you, Robert!

I'm really thankful that my order arrived right on time as scheduled. But I want to share something else that made me even more grateful. Usually, I expect the IKEA delivery folks to just drop stuff at the apartment entrance and head out. So, I was waiting outside for the delivery truck like always. But today was different! A van with ‘Lugg’ logo showed up, and two delivery guys actually brought in my ordered table and the super heavy dresser right inside the building! One of them even asked me if I was living alone. When I told them I'm on the first floor, they didn't hesitate to carry that bulky dresser all the way into my apartment. This has never happened with my IKEA orders before. Anyhow, a big thanks for not just delivering my furniture on time, but for going the extra mile to bring it inside my apartment!

They worked efficiently. Kevin and Alonso quickly and intelligently lifted a massive wardrobe that I bought in the "As Is" section from Brooklyn Ikea up three flights of stairs.

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Friendly efficient and kind and dealt with many stairs. 100% better than my movers did! Appreciated care in handling things (even though Ikea didnt just slam around), kept me posted on progress, asked where to put things and made sure they were safely stable. Absolutely fantastic.
