Michael and Jerome were very kind and great at communicating. They were considerate, humorous, and very effective movers.

Used Tyler and Robert to get our clothing donations to a donation drop off--they were speedy and communicative and I would happily book Lugg for my next home help project!

This team of movers was excellent. They were careful but efficient. They were friendly but focused on the job they were doing. One piece of furniture was especially heavy, and I’ve been worried about getting it down the stairs for a while now. They got it done and I’m so relieved. Next time I have a job for Lugg, I’d love it if these guys came out again. Five stars, great job!

The movers were great. They were efficient. The Lugg experience was problematic. The scheduling went awry and even the pickup location, which Lugg put in the wrong place even though it had the correct name of the business and the address. When that all got straightened out, the people involved handled everything professionally.

Michael and Jerome are the most professional movers I've ever have a pleasure of working with. They're both extremely courteous, careful, and professional both in timing and in making sure that the move went flawless and there wasn't a trace of damage.

They were the most proficient movers I’ve worked with. They prioritize so that we got all the heaviest and bulkiest items moved today, last time that required two trips. They moved a little bit slower than other Lugg teams I’ve worked with, but out of deliberation and care. They made sure nothing was damaged or worse in the moving process. I’d be happy to work with them again.

A little frustrated by the setup because movers assigned after the promised window, but once we got these movers they were great!

Lawrence and Joshua were amazing! They were really friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and timely. They were very attentive and helped with disassembling/packing my tv and desk. They moved our entire office from a large air-controlled indoor storage unit to a much bigger storage unit (that we needed) in the same facility but it was located🌾🌾outside🌞!! We all know it was crazy 🥵 hot a couple of days ago, so to say a big move was challenging 😰 was a huge understatement🤯! Furthermore, the elevators🛗barely worked throughout the afternoon😒and they still persevered, pivoting in the smartest🧠most efficient ways possible. No matter what, this move actually took waaaay longer ⏳….⌛️⌛️ than I had ever anticipated😳, compounded by the blazing ☀️☀️. Servio & Carlos did not leave me hanging in that awful heat🔥, cause they😵‍💫kept at it 💪🏻💪🏼. 🤔They asked me questions🙋🏻‍♂️, offered suggestions💁🏻‍♂️, and worked with me🫱🏾‍🫲🏼after everyone had gone 🏃🏽🏃🏼‍♀️💨. 🙏🏾Please consider giving them a bonus🤑! Lugg is the best for having furniture delivered. I found a bathroom vanity with an extremely heavy (250lb+) stone top that never would have been feasible for me to bring home. Lugg handled it seamlessly and made the process a breeze. The prices were totally fair in my opinion too!

Really great job, exceeded all of my expectations. When there was a delay in pickup, Lugg upgraded my van to a box which was very appreciated. The movers texted me every step of the way before their arrival.

I cannot speak highly enough of Michael and William. It literally snowed the day before my move, it was the coldest day in the past year, and yet they still showed up right on time and were the bright spot in my day (and moving is really never fun). They rolled with the punches when cars were illegally parked in the moving van spot, and DC parking enforcement was too understaffed to send a tow truck. I truly couldn’t have done this without them. You’re lucky to have them. Hands down the best movers I’ve ever had.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

The ride share app experience for furniture, etc. The in app features were a breeze to use. I purchased a used armoire too large for my vehicle. I booked Lugg within minutes and went home. I received a text they arrived at the store an hour and a half later, exactly within the time window I had booked. They spent a few minutes at the store loading up. I received a text they were on the way. I could follow their location on the map in real time. They arrived and delivered with professionalism at every step. Exactly what I was looking for, and having many times used other local single large item delivery services (fridge, couch, desk, sectional), Lugg pricing was in-line and perfectly reasonable.
