Omg these dudes are life savers it was struggle getting in my place with the couch but they never gave up and we ended getting it in I appreciate these guys

David and James were absolute life savers and such a pleasure to work with!!! They arrived quickly, within 30 minutes, and were happy to help with every single task we presented. They jumped right in and saved the day quickly and efficiently. Would book them both again in a heartbeat!!!

I have to say this. THEY ARE THE BEST!!! Here's why. I ordered a king mattress to ikea, and the luggers who went there to pick it up said they couldnt fit the mattress in their truck. AND, that they dont know if the luggers company will still charge me even if they didnt deliver the items. Anyway, good thing luggers picked Angel and Giovanni to deliver my items. I was already stressed out trying to re-book the delivery. But, they were so kind that they assured me that the items will be delivered. And they amazingly did. Without damaging my mattress. Not only that, they were able to lift my massive bed to my bedroom even if it didnt fit the staircase. THESE GUYS ARE LIFE SAVERS!!! And i really cannot stress that enough!!

Pulled up to my busy apartment within 30 minutes, moved all my sh*t immediately and got everything done in the time it would have taken me to do one trip. Lifesavers!!!!

Oscar and Jorge were fantastic! And life savers. They did an excellent job. Moved a couch from a difficult place, then helped me rearrange my furniture. With a smile and a good attitude! I highly recommend these professionals!!

Both Cody and Mauricio were personable and professional in handling everything I requested - taking apart a full bed frame, lugging all this stuff down for donation and for bulky item pick up (including a mattress, a futon, a desk, etc). Our new place had two flights of stairs and they navigated that with humor and a super good attitude. Thank you so much!

Michael and Alan were amazing!!! They originally helped with a couch move but were very nice and agreed to move a desk to the trash. They were life savers. Thank you guys!!

Mateo and Anthony were all stars. Best movers I’ve had. Very friendly, very expeditious, careful with the furniture and TRULY went above and beyond. I had coordinated to have my couches dropped off at a donation center, which was all scheduled and approved. When they got there, the donation center said they couldn’t accept the furniture as it was damaged. Mateo called me and offered to take it to a dumping facility if I didn’t want it back (they’re technically supposed to bring it back). They found a local facility and took it there for me. They really made the experience so convenient and easy when things didn’t go to plan. 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone.

Truly, Skye and Christian were lifesavers. They went the extra mile (literally) and helped me immensely. They were kind and caring and the Lugg team was amazing to work with. I will definitely consider using Lugg again!

Going above and beyond by calling directly for eta update and even to let me know hm that the donation center I chose was not accepting the bed frames I was planning to donate and then had even called multiple other centers to find one that would accept my items!

These guys made getting rid of stuff during a move MUCH less stressful than it could have been. They shared their knowledge about local donation centers so I could make sure everything was accepted (and avoid paying for several boxes to be hauled out to junk/the dump); it turns out my stuff would have definitely been turned away at the two closest goodwills, so I was really grateful for their friendliness and expertise.

super quick and helpful!! didn’t have to give any direction really, just showed them how to get up and down in the building and they took it from there! also kindly placed things exactly where I wanted and loaded things into my car for me to take to donation. Well worth the money!!!

Angel and Carlos were on time and in communication. They called my cell to make sure they parked in the right spot. They were friendly and very efficient. When the dining table could not fit out the door (it's so large) they easily disassembled the legs and moved it out OK. Also, one of them has been to the donation drop-off location before so I was even more confident it was going to delivered to accordingly. I'm glad I found this service and will use it again.

Showed up both ends on time. Great problem solvers as they maneuvered around tight corners. A couple small pieces came off, but nothing functional that I can tell. Great life-savers these guys. Tipped in cash.
