Sadiki and Carlos were absolute pros! 🚛🔥 They handled my move with efficiency, skill, and a great attitude from start to finish. Everything was packed and transported with care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it. Super friendly, expert movers, and incredibly professional. If you need a stress-free, smooth moving experience, these are the guys to call! Highly recommend—5 stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

They were very careful with our painting and super friendly! We paid for a pick up truck and thankfully they came with a van which helped protect the painting even more!! So thankful for that! Very fast and easy delivery with great service and smiles :)

These two are a shining example of what you want in two movers. They were professional, efficient, kind, very hardworking, never cut corners, and got the job done. You should hire these two to train new Luggers.

Michael and Jason were such a great help. They helped move my daughters stuff from her 4th floor apartment all the way down the flights of stairs into their XL truck to take across Manhattan to Greenpoint. They got to the apartment around 9am and packaged her 1 bedroom apartment up by 11:30am. They packaged all the breakable/fragile items up to ensure they wouldn’t get damaged. They made so many trips up and down the steep 4 flights of stairs! They even were able to Tetris and get my daughters queen size mattress and box spring down the narrow winding stairway. We took an Uber to the new apartment and then met them at her new apartment building, where they were able to unload everything into the new apartment for us. Both of them were very friendly, well mannered, and efficient. They were super easy going and diligent and I would 100% recommend them both for your move!

This duo was amazing!! They went above and beyond for me and I am so thankful and could not have done this without them. It was a perfect first time experience with Lugg and I’ll be sure to use again. I went way over my time slot and they were still so kind and helpful with everything, even helping me disassemble some furniture so I could get it in the truck!

First time using Lugg and Edgar and Emmanuel were so helpful, careful with the items being moved and punctual. I’m moving apartments and needed a pick up truck to move the last items, the guys were great.

Prepared with moving mats and carefully sorted items for transport. I wish I had more to fill the truck with - Sizable transport. Though it would be a pick up truck. Courteous and efficient transport.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

They were extremely professional, friendly guys and arrived on time. I would say that when they arrived and I saw the size of the truck for such a small job I was a little surprised.

Emanuel was very nice, on time, and professional with the job. He was very careful with my furniture. He was flexible with the parking situation and patient with figuring out how to get it into my apartment. He was well equipped with a good sized truck and dollies. Overall, a great first experience with Lugg!

I'm really thankful that my order arrived right on time as scheduled. But I want to share something else that made me even more grateful. Usually, I expect the IKEA delivery folks to just drop stuff at the apartment entrance and head out. So, I was waiting outside for the delivery truck like always. But today was different! A van with ‘Lugg’ logo showed up, and two delivery guys actually brought in my ordered table and the super heavy dresser right inside the building! One of them even asked me if I was living alone. When I told them I'm on the first floor, they didn't hesitate to carry that bulky dresser all the way into my apartment. This has never happened with my IKEA orders before. Anyhow, a big thanks for not just delivering my furniture on time, but for going the extra mile to bring it inside my apartment!

We had the pleasure of working with two movers who were incredibly helpful, working with us for two consecutive days. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with care and efficiency, making the process so much smoother. Their professionalism and positive attitude made a stressful situation so much easier to manage!

The Movers were excellent however; Lugg did not send me the 12ft truck x 7ft as requested and prepaid for therefore; the quote provided by Lugg for all of the items I sent pictures to be moved was not moved and I now need to request an additional ride to get my remaining items. I would like to speak with customer service regarding my request?

Iovanny & Richard made moving sooo easy!! I was especially impressed by their ability to bring so many large items (dresser, mattress, etc.) down at one time — it would have taken me several hours to do what they did in less than two. They were also accommodating and made sure all my items fit properly in their truck and handled my belongings with care. Thank you Iovanny & Richard !

Seamlessly helped move a table by showing up in a timely manner, making sure it was secured in the truck, and carrying it into and out of the apt. Highly recommend!

These two movers were so amazing- beyond amazing!!! They were so fun as we worked together and were careful with all of our fragile items. Even though the move took way longer than expected they still cracked jokes with us and worked diligently!! They weren't impatient at all!! Thank you so much guys, I wish all movers were like you two!!

First time using this, and it got off to a terrible start. I was told pick up at 10 am at West elm Bk and arrive at my place by by 11 am. The first guys said delayed 1.5 hrs, no reason given, and then finally they go and pick up and try to load. But they said our truck is too small. This is after I got an upgrade for bigger truck and somehow someway they said two piece couch and a coffee table can’t fit! They def making this up. So I wasted three hours and had to cancel. Unbelievable. I was able to get Joffre and Tyrone. Good time efficient and professional and got the job done. And they were nice about it and even said it’s was BS what happened early. What was supposed to 11 am promised delivery - they arrived at 3 pm. If it wasn’t for Jeffre and Tyrone, they saved the day. Zero stars for the first guys. And for luggs for making me still wait for the first guys for three hours. Five stars for Jeffre and Tyrone.

I was getting very heavy boxes delivered to a warehouse for an overseas/ocean shipment- these guys were fantastic! Considerate with the boxes and how to arrange it in the truck during pickup, successfully carried and transported the boxes with no damage, and at the warehouse they even stacked the boxes very well for palleting! Also sent photos back as I requested Amazing

Robert and Derrick did a great job moving my sofa and two lucite chairs. The chairs were delicate and could have easily scratched or snapped in the truck with the sofa. They carefully wrapped the chairs in blankets and carried them from the strong point. My coop has a service entrance with two flights of stairs and a long corridor. They guided the furniture swiftly and safely the twists and turns to the service elevator. They coordinated well with each other and were efficient while still being careful. Great job!

I was highly satisfied with the delivery from start to finish. My two movers were courteous and professional throughout the time they were here despite the daunting task placed in front of them.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Honestly these two movers are so kind, efficient and strong! Very fast move. They came with a smile and left with a smile. With all the stress of moving, that makes the difference. I felt at ease and trusted them to get the job done well. Thank you both for your excellent work!!

These guys were great, they took extra care to make sure my belongings would stay dry in the truck when it was raining outside.

I would give 10 stars if it was possible! Al & Jorby alerted me to their arrival! They arrived right on time! In the middle of a storm! Loaded their truck in under 3 minutes! Met me at Manhattan Mini Storage super fast! Transported my stuff to my storage unit and carefully placed it! Great experience all around!

Marco & Juan were amazing movers I would highly recommend. They were friendly, fast, efficient and made everything super easy. Plan on using them again in the future!!

Fast and effective duo - came with all the right equipment and had a very spacious truck. They were on time and at the destination 30 minutes after requesting a Lugg. In and out and done in less than an hour.

Extra effort - they wrapped the pieces at IKEA before putting them in truck. They figured out how to get an oddly shaped piece up a stair with a 90 degree turn at the base. And they were incredibly polite.

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.
