William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! The delivery man were quick efficient and professional once they were here however I did not know they had to come from Seattle to pick up in Silverdale and drop off in poulsbo Macy's should have had someone on this side and not have to have someone drive that far for one pick up drop off. I tipped the men individually here so it does not need to be added on to my bill.

There was a messup on my part (I entered a wrong pickup address). The guys handled it gracefully, helped me find the right address, and still managed to do the delivery on time. Awesome!

Aleksandr and Zach were both truly terrific in all ways. They arrived at the pickup location at the very beginning of the scheduled time slot. (In fact, they actually arrived a little early.) Both were professional and courteous at all times. Both were extremely careful at all times with the furniture I had them move, including a very large, heavy chest of drawers. Their carefulness was top-notch during loading and unloading of their truck, during the lugging of my furniture up a stairway, during the maneuvering of my furniture through a doorway and around tight corners within my home, and at all other times. As I witnessed in my rear-view mirror when driving just ahead of them from the pickup location to the delivery location, Alexsandr drove with extreme care over speed bumps and at all other times so as to ensure that my furniture wouldn't be damaged in even the slightest way during the drive. They also offered clever, helpful suggestions on the safest, best way of getting the chest of drawers out of the thick box and other packaging it came in. I'd be thrilled to have Alexsandr and Zach work for me in the future, and I'd enthusiastically recommend them to anyone. Even if I tried my absolute hardest to think of something to criticize in how Aleksandr and Zach served me, I'd still come up with nothing to complain about.

They were amazing! In time, professional and came prepared with tools. So glad I did not use the delivery service offered by the furniture company.

They were friendly and helpful as I organized my items for delivery. They were also very helpful in my understanding of who takes what items, and that I should call ahead on certain clothing items. But they took care of all of it for me! I will use your service many more times in the future and hope I get Mohamed and Tony again. Thank you for great service!

Amazing team, service, and delivery. Friendly, ahead of schedule, communicative, and extremely safe and cautious. We had a huge solid wood piece up 2 flights of townhouse stairs. Extra cautious and protective of both the piece and our house.
