brian was fantastic picking up a sofa from the outlet store. Within the hour he had gone to the store in Alameda, picked up the sofa, and delivered it to my home in SF. He provided fantastic service and went above and beyond. Thank you again Brian!

Lee and Enrique were both fast and careful with two of my west elm pieces. One was a mid century dresser going upstairs (two flights of stairs) and the other was a Sydney sofa going downstairs! I appreciate the labor you guys. Completely well deserved 5 stars and many many more!!!

My delivery service with Terry and Tamas was 5-star. They were responsive (texting me with updates), friendly, punctual, and genuinely nice guys. They were quick to pick up my items from the Pottery Barn Outlet in Alameda and had zero qualms driving my goodies up to the Napa Valley. Price was reasonable, would highly recommend them to a friend and will certainly call upon them again in the future. Thanks guys!!

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

We loved the app. The Lugg guys. Hard working. Polite. They did a great job Question: they have the brackets to our cabinet. These hold the shelves up. RH OUTLET says they had them in hand as they left their warehouse. How can I make arrangements to get them?

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They where super careful. This is the third range we’ve had delivered in a week. The first two where damaged by the Best Buy Outlet’s contracted movers. We couldn’t ask for a better job and would highly recommend them to anybody needing movers.

Movers were great. Truck was a little too small to everything but that’s my fault for not giving better dimensions. They were lots of help on pickup and delivery.

Darren and Erick were both very professional and courteous. I trusted them to pick up two brand new, heavy dressers at West Elm and transport them to my apartment up two floors of stairs. They wrapped the dressers up and were extremely careful not to scratch or damage anything. Excellent service!!

I’m a first time Lugg user. Some friends and the sales team at West Elm in San Mateo recommended you. I’m blown away. The process was simple, affordable, and I love the tracking feature on the app! Julian and Jorge were pleasant and timely when communicating via text. So pleased!

This was such an impressive job by these two. From pick up to delivery, they were fantastic. The parking in the neighborhood was tough and they were patient and we were able to snag a spot right in front. They were friendly and had a great attitude! I will use lugg again because of them :)

We purchased a dining table and a corner sofa from an outlet. I tried to find a delivery service and found out Lugg. The booking went smoothly. The team responded quickly. It only took a little over an hour to arrive in my apartment. To my surprises, the items were properly packaged to avoid any incidental damages. The team was quite knowledgeable in turning things around and getting the big furnitures into the room. The whole process, from online booking to having the furnitures in my room, was only two hours. I am extremely happy with the service.

Maurice and jack was very friendly and helpful, but I was not satisfied with lugg service because the merchandise arrived 1 hr after the stated time and I expected the merchandise to be fully wrapped and covered to protect the merchandise during the delivery and after its is put in the garage. My concern now is if the merchandise might have been damaged and I would like to know how we can get it covered and protected as I was expecting, because all the other merchandise was being wrapped and covered at the RH outlet

The delivery team went much better than expected. They were careful getting the huge sectional pieces through the door. They were helpful by positioning the pieces in place. I definitely recommend this team.

Took longer than expected in terms of overall time from SF to Oakland. The original estimate was $178, but this ended up being ~$50 more. One mover seemed slightly less experienced than the other, but overall delivery was quick and easy. (I helped carry in the drawers, they just did the main body of the dresser.)

Delivery was great. However, I was charged $93.50 4 times on my Citi Bank COSTCO card and 2 times on my Amex card. Why so many charges? I will only pay once !! Please call me to explain all the charges @ 510-715-6005.

They did an awesome job moving my vintage table. Went above and beyond and communicated with me when RH Outlet Pleasanton would not release the table due to the fact that the photo of the receipt Lugg provided from me was not clear enough to read. I’m so pleased with their service!

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

Super smooth delivery. Very prompt. Table was securely wrapped, protected and strapped down for transport and delivery. Placed exactly where I wanted it upon delivery arrival. Luggers were friendly and very efficient.

Tim and Antonio were fantastic! They were very careful with my new pieces of furniture from West Elm’s Mill Valley to San Francisco. They went above and beyond with lugging two large pieces of furniture up a flight of stairs, unpack the large boxes and even helped put on the legs of my media console and dresser. They provided excellent customer service. This was my first time using Lugg and I would use this app service again because of the help I received from Tim and Antonio. They get 5 stars and a nice tip!

Nice guys! Arrived on time, managed to haul a huge refrigerator out of the house without leaving a single mark on the walls. Expressed heart-felt sympathy that teh Seers outlet sold me a refrigerator with a bad compresser.

These guys were incredible. Real rockstar movers!! All smiles, very polite, and they went the extra mile. Even though my table was the heaviest they’ve ever lifted, they were determined and positive through the entire time. Note to HR outlet: You’ll need to disassemble furniture pieces that are superheavy, because this was insanely heavy. Thank u again Jensi and Mosi!!!
