Juliano and Santiago did a great job with my junk pickup. They were friendly, professional, and got everything loaded up really quickly!

This move was ridiculous! There were all kinds of weird things to get loaded and somehow they got them all in their truck! I watched it happen and I still can't figure out how. It was like Junk Jenga! Very nice guys, too.

Jorge and Avery were absolutely incredible. They were efficient, organized and took care with our things, even though we were intending to junk most of the items. I would love to use them again in the future and couldn't recommend provide a stronger endorsement if I wanted to.

The team went above and beyond these guys are fantastic. The idea of regular moving is now antiquated with Lugg. We didn’t have to wait in line at living Spaces to pick up her things we just uploaded the invoices. Benjamin and Jose took care of the rest saved us an entire half day of wasted time. They were so efficient and were able to bring much of the furniture we had upstairs as we desired. Again this is a different business model old junky moving vans andOld style movers are a thing of the past now with Lugg.

They were great!! Had a remote junk disposal job with them. They sent photos and clarified the items before loading and bringing anything to the dump. They were patient and communicative through and through. Would recommend to anyone!

So fast and efficient, while also checking in to be sure they moved the right things to the right places (trash, donate, keep piles). Absolutely wonderful experience, wouldn’t hesitate to hire these guys again and definitely recommend them!!!! Feels so great to have cleaned out this junked up space too :)

Familiar with the region for closest location to bring our junk removal items. They moved swiftly and carefully, not damaging surrounding belongings. It was my first Lugg order too! Highly recommend!

Lugg was fantastic. Packed everything up took it to took Goodwill for me, sent me a copy of the donation receipt and what Goodwill rejected they took to the dump. Such a wonderful experience and so full service and al for a great price.

We are so lucky to have a service that can haul away unwanted items. As a professional organizer this service is so beyond helpful! My only wish is that one truck could do both a donation and dump run.

Ibrahim was great. Efficient and patient when there was a hiccup at the drop off. It’s not Ibrahim’s fault, but lugg needs a better system for junk hauls. I’m unfamiliar with where to dump trash so I sent Ibrahim to the wrong spot. That caused the job to be much more expensive than anticipated. There should be suggested locations and times for junk hauls to avoid this.

Jorge and Zhijia are fabulous!! Effectively and efficiently took card of my junk disposal and explained to me what the resource center would and would not take. They worked quickly and did the job appropriately with little direction from me. Thank you!!!!

I had selected Recology Mountain View as the destination (it was featured on the app for junk removal) but it turned out this location didn’t take furniture. Franklin and Roland knew of a different place to dispose of the old furniture and rerouted the destination. Everything went so smoothly thanks to them!!

What an awesome service. Came to my apartment, lugged my 4-piece sectional couch down the stairs to their truck, and hauled it away to the dump. Exactly what I wanted.

They were amazing! I wish I could ask for these two gentleman every time. They found something incredibly important to our family in our junk haul and brought it back to our house after they came from dropping our junk at its site. Super helpful ❤️

Igor was very efficient and friendly. He went above and beyond to let me know that the place I requested to dispose of our junk was more expensive than another place. It was very easy to arrange a change in destination through text. I appreciated him looking out for me. And I love Lugg!

Wally and Chris were awesome. Store delivery was confusing to navigate at first, but once I talked to a supervisor at Costco it all fell in place Guys were quick efficient and pleasant. Couldn't have had a better experience. Will be using the service to haul stuff away next. Definitely better then 1800Junk that always feels like a bit of a rip-off.

Lugg allowed me to schedule a junk removal Recology run that arrived at destination after Recology had closed. There weren't any closing times listed in the app. Isaiah and Kenneth were able to find an open alternate destination for me. They were totally awesome!

Manuel helped me figure out how to properly dispose of my junk, which I hadn’t planned out properly. Thanks for saving the day!

On time, actually early; very nice; fit all my junk into the truck to be taken to the dump - broke down big rusted shelving so that it would fit; also loaded a beautiful dresser into my car that I changed my mind about dumping so that I could take it to a specialty store which would accept it, since Goodwill wouldn’t. I had two Luggs on the same day - the first took donation stuff, and brought back anything they wouldn’t take, and then these guys who took everything else to the dump. In the morning I had a garage full of stuff I’d been gathering for a year, at the end of the day, it was clean and empty! I’m a happy camper!

These guys were amazing! It was super hot and there was a lot of junk and they never complained. Great team work - positive attitude!
