I couldn’t have asked for a better delivery! Very fast and professional delivery especially when you consider they came from far away. Sorry my dog got in the way, but thank you for showing him some love!! Would definitely request this team again if I could.

I can’t say enough positive about this pair. They carefully placed rugs and pads beneath beds and sofa in two locations, moved furniture and took furniture to Goodwill for donation. All done with a smile and courtesy. We have always had a great experience with Lugg and these guys were exceptional.

These guys are awesome. This is what makes your platform great. Seriously. They moved a massive Alaskan bed in under 10 minutes. Thank you again!

When picking up a tv from best buy Carlos called immediately when there was an issue verifying them as the proper pickup people through the store. He also had his son with him so I did not need to help move the tv into my third floor (stairs only) apartment. Super friendly, super quick, 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Fombeoh and Atiqullah did a great job with our Lugg pick up and drop off at Goodwill! We had a large donation and they were quick and efficient! They got the job done quickly! We would use Lugg again!

They were amazing! It was a very heavy dresser, and I live in an apartment that made it a little tricky. They even went the extra mile to wrap it up to make sure it didn’t get damaged.

The two gentlemen picked up and arrived at the donation drop off location only to be told the donation couldn’t be accepted but were told to go to another location 10 minutes away. They offered to deliver it out of the kindness of their hearts.

Very quick and efficient, arrived within the window of time that was requested! Tackled three flights of stairs like real champs 💪🏽 Would highly recommend to others.
