The guys showed up to the Costco we were headed to within about 45 minutes, located me quickly in the apartment with our newly purchased washer, loaded it up, and transported it to the house near the place it would sit long term. They were not able to get the washer through the door with the packaging and taking the door off its hinges so that was something I needed to do, which is understandable and expected. The service provided by the guys was very easy to use. My wife mentioned "there has to be an Uber for moving", and sure enough there is! Appreciate the help guys!

Aaron and Guy were incredibly helpful with moving a glass dining table and chairs that I recently purchased. They were flexible and understanding about how to keep the items secure and damage free. They treated my things like their own.

They were professional and used great packaging and moving supplies. Teamwork together they were awesome!

I am convinced that David and Raven are super heroes! Miracle workers, definitely. Moving our king size bed and couch was something I dreaded thinking about moving and other items, a dresser, a chair and foldable desk were all handles with care by these two. If you are lucky enough to have their help with your move you will feel relieved to have such strong, caring, gentle helpers! They finished our move in record time as well. I had plenty of time to do what I needed to do before I had to leave again!

NEVER MOVING W/OUT THESE FOLX AGAIN Timely, communicative, respectful, hardworking. I was also upgraded to their largest truck option for free even though I had reserved a pickup truck (the smallest option) a couple days prior And I had a 35% discount for booking one "lugger". All in all it ended up being legit 50% less (at least) than the going rate of other moving companies I looked at when shopping. They even had another person there solely to drive so no need to worry about driving a moving truck Smooth moving experience got all my furniture I booked for one hour but it actually took two, they were so patient

Amazing service from Jerome and Michael M they are God sent they are fast and reliable, truly above and beyond!!!! What an amazing experience Michael and Jerome were truly fantastic! They arrived on time, packed everything into their truck efficiently , and delivered everything to our apartment quickly. They are the best!!!! I look forward to working with them again

I recently had the pleasure of working with two wonderful guys who came over to rearrange some very heavy furniture on my patio. They were incredibly polite, professional, and worked together seamlessly as a team. It was clear they were skilled and efficient, as they handled the heavy pieces with care and precision. Not only did they succeed in completing the task perfectly, but they also made the whole experience stress-free for me. I couldn’t be happier with their service—I highly recommend asking for these 2 gentlemen, Michael and Mohamed to help you with your moving needs! I’ll definitely request them specifically the next time I use Lugg! Than you!

Extraordinary care, compassion, communication from pick up to delivery. Respectful with property, furniture and with client. Arrived on time and were efficient in moving time. Had great communication including a laugh during a very stressful move. I will only use Paul and Mohammed for my moving needs and highly recommend these two consummate professionals!

Communication. We knew where the truck was in real time. Able to message detail directions to the guys. Superior service. The guys went way above and beyond great service. They were friendly, willing and capable in every respect.

On-time - called to let me know when they would arrive. I live in 55+ so I wanted help moving items on short notice. Ryan & Maher were efficient, knowledgeable, polite, great customer service. First time user, but I could not be more impressed.

These men were great. They saw that the slab on the buffet they were moving for us would most likely come off and they had the foresight to tape it down and that was amazing. Thank you both for making our move as stress free and efficient as possible. The app was super easy to use and gave updated step by step instructions on what was going on and made things so easy to coordinate. We would definitely recommend this app and these movers again.

It’s been a long month of moving and I just didn’t have it in me to do anymore. They were friendly and affectionate. I don’t think I laughed that hard in days. They really made my day and saved my back.

A great team! These 2 have moved multiple items at different times for me and I can’t say enough great things about them. They are prompt and take care of your things while moving them. I appreciate that they took the handles off of the refrigerator in order to not break them. It’s such a very small detail, but I truly appreciate how meticulous they were.
