Pedro and Anthony were great! They were on time. Listened well and were ready to work. They were careful and thorough. They covered and secured the load knowledgeably. They were happy to help and be sure that they did everything as I wanted it. I definitely will use this service again!

Accommodating and professional service. They arrived on time and were very efficient and careful with handling the couch, which I appreciated. I estimated I would be able to get the furniture up the stairs with only one other person and how wrong I was. Fortunately they were there to help with the heavy lifting, as this job was way beyond what me and another friend would have been handle on our own. Thank you so much again!

There was a mixup with regards to scheduling. I had asked for one Lugger to help me with hanging Christmas lights. When they arrived, they said that they couldn't stay because they had to make a delivery. The error was clearly not their fault but the scheduling team. When I told Jose that I had made the appointment 5 days earlier and I couldn't reschedule (rain was going to start again the next day), Jose stepped in and said that he would stay and give me an hour or so of his time. He wanted to make sure that I was happy. This was the first time I'd ever encountered a scheduling problem with Lugg (have been using them for 3+ years). The important thing was that Jose wanted to step in and remedy the scheduling problem. We worked very quickly and got everything finished in a little over an hour. Bottom line: Jose saved the day & I really appreciated his willingness to help me out despite the error in scheduling. NOTE: I suggest that the schedulers at Lugg actually read the notes/comments that are made concerning the tasks to be done. I specifically said that it would take 2 - 3 hours.

They are very professional, taking pictures before packing furniture and after unpacking furniture, detailing the details of the furniture before and after moving.

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

Jose and Ramon were so lovely to work with. I was so anxious to move to a 3rd story apartment with no elevator but they were so kind and efficient. Made what I thought would be a really stressful day feel like a breeze! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing help with their move!

These guys were amazing. We had a complicated and unique move involving removing heavy pieces of furniture from a large yacht at the end of a very long dock and up a very, steep ramp, multiple times. Many companies wouldn’t take on such a task or would charge us too much to make it feasible. Ramon and Jose didn’t even mention the numerous challenges with our move. They were careful, professional, courteous, flexible with their time, and we couldn’t have done this without them. We highly recommend hiring them and when we need help in the future, we know who to call.

It was a very rainy day, and the guys wrapped the mattresses so they wouldn't get all wet. They were careful with my household items, since the work area was cluttered. They used moving pads to avoid any scratches or damage. Even though the move was just a few blocks, they strapped everything, making sure the items wouldn't move around. They even helped putting the mattresses in place. Very good communication and very professional.

Very kind, quick and professional movers! They delivered a couch to my home and even helped move out the old couch—removing the legs for me to fit out the door. This was my first time using the app and I will definitely use again.

These two were the BEST team that my partner and I could have asked for. They went above and beyond to help us move. Not only did they problem solve like WIZARDS, they were incredibly friendly and made sure that our items were moved safely. Which doesn't even really cover how difficult our job was. We had an incredibly difficult and HEAVY couch to move ( that I think many may have given up on), but they took the time to expertly move it with kindness and grace. I wish I could emphasize even more that they are both such a dream to work with. Truly so grateful for them!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Cobey and Claudio were so helpful and friendly!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience with these two. They were super efficient, hard working, and wouldn't let me do a thing. 100% would recommend to anyone, and I would most definitely use them again in the future. If you're on the fence about hiring movers, do it. It's worth every penny!
