Andrew and Christopher were very good delivery guys. Very polite, very helpful and professional. Seems like they’d be fun to hang around with from my short time spent with them. Felt bad they had a long day ahead of them (driving to deliveries) but the weather was good on the day they came. Should I ever need help moving again, I’d definitely ask for Andy and Chris again! 👍🏻

Both Jonathan and Pedro were phenomenal. Very courteous, very accommodating, very helpful and all around an excellent delivery experience.

Very Professional. Quick And Easy Like 1 2 3..I'm In The Process Of Replacing Just About Everything In My Home And Had A Lot Of Delivery And By Far These Two Gentlemen Statler.

Had a really great experience for my first time using LUGG! Vincent & Jason were great, even helping me move some other furniture to make space for the new delivery!

Sent me updates on the delivery time. Arrived in an enclosed van. Were very careful bringing the pieces upstairs.

I am amazed by how easy and convenient this service was! I was kept aware every step of the way from dispatch to delivery. Both men were extremely polite, efficient, and helpful. I will definitely be using them again as well as telling my family and friends. Thanks a bunch!!!!

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

They stayed in touch with me during the delivery process and were so kind enough to help my son take the mattress up to my apartment. It was too heavy for me to do it with my son alone. Very kind.

They made sure they contacted me by phone, needing to call me a couple of times, when no one came out to receive the shipment. I was not at the delivery site but my husband was and he did come out. My husband said they were very courteous and efficient, and placed the items where asked in the apartment. We appreciate that they were very timely in their delivery, excellent with communication, professional, helpful and courteous.

Prompt delivery, handled dining table set with care and offered to tighten loose table legs. Very courteous.

Daniel & Jason were very professional they took extra care not to damage the furniture and door frames leading into our home. They kept us updated on their route and delivery time. I would definitely recommend them!

I was leery about using an app without being able to talk to somebody at first. The app is actually very communicative. it let me easily cancel my time and reschedule it twice, which I did because of weather. it showed me the MapQuest of my delivery and how many minutes away they were Isiah and Javair are very accommodating, polite, friendly and listened to my concerns. I will use this app again if needed and refer to anyone else who may need it.

They are very professional, taking pictures before packing furniture and after unpacking furniture, detailing the details of the furniture before and after moving.

When they got here they were polite, introduced themselves . Friendly to my husband who was outside. Very careful W/ carrying in the heavy pc of furniture. Asking where I wanted it , placed it there & asked if was ok or they would move it to where I needed it . Very accommodating! My husband & I We’re very impressed w/ the service , promptness, & the friendly delivery guys! Will keep the # if I need this again great experience! They both deserve GOLD Stars ⭐️

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.
