Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Absolutely amazing movers!! They worked so efficiently and carefully to move my items into the truck and to my storage. I’m genuinely happy with my experience and so very thankful.

Professional, efficient, and a total breath of fresh air Antrone and Askari exceeded every expectation. They arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and made the whole moving process feel effortless. Showed up early ready to move! All of my things were wrapped and carefully moved. Took less than an hour to get my things from my apartment to my storage. Not just fast, but very knowledge! Would 100% use again

Oh, my goodness! These guys are incredible. They were friendly, professional, careful, efficient, and very hard working. I was moving my daughter’s things which she had in storage for quite some time to another location. I had been working on it piecemeal for months and months and these 2 guys did it in one fell swoop. Maybe there were 30 heavy boxes plus lots of random odd shaped things. I couldn’t be more pleased. as well.

Renard and Caleb are an excellent team. They went above and beyond to move my belongings including a heavy duty elliptical into storage while utilizing space efficiently and ensuring items are not damaged on the way. 10/10

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Fast and efficient, happy they were able to help move my items to storage. I just had surgery and was not able to move a few things myself. They were friendly and my items were moved with care! Thank you Edison and Diego! muchas gracias

Anthony & Markel were on time & helped us move our things to a storage. We had to help in order to speed things up but we got it done! Would have liked for them to have had more supplies (blankets & plastic wrap), but we made it work. Thanks so much guys!

Regi and Phillipe were great to work with. They were incredibly helpful and quick. We had a storage unit full of boxes and they were able to handle picking and grabbing and also dropping off at a recycling location. It was a very smooth process. 

I had a small disaster with our storage unit ( that had nothing to do with them) and they were so patient and so helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was moved properly. And they moved so quickly and I’m so grateful that we had them.

David and Anthony helped me move out of a packed storage unit. They were fantastic!!! Highly recommend!!!

Tooraj and Dajuan were sooooo nice! They arrived on time to the storage unit. Packed the van quickly. The helped clean up the storage unit so I wouldn't be charged extra. Then they stacked all the boxes and stuff in my garage in such a neat and tidy manor, I still have room to park in there. And they did it all with a smile. Would highly recommend!

Aaron had a great attitude. I had him unload a storage unit, and he did so efficiently. I would recommend working with him!
