These guys were STELLAR. I haven’t had to move in 10 years and was afraid it was going to be a miserable experience. These guys restored my faith (and then some) that there are kind, fast and easy movers out there!

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

The whole thing was seamless! I thought I was needed at the pick-up to provide proof of purchase. By the time I arrived they had already picked up the item and were on their way to my home for delivery, where was husband was waiting. (Took the whole process of my husband and I trying to fit this chair in our small suv, off the table!) will defn do this again

This was such an impressive job by these two. From pick up to delivery, they were fantastic. The parking in the neighborhood was tough and they were patient and we were able to snag a spot right in front. They were friendly and had a great attitude! I will use lugg again because of them :)

Movers were great. Truck was a little too small to everything but that’s my fault for not giving better dimensions. They were lots of help on pickup and delivery.

The delivery team went much better than expected. They were careful getting the huge sectional pieces through the door. They were helpful by positioning the pieces in place. I definitely recommend this team.

John and Alex helped me move a letterpress I had restored and were super careful in helping to wrap and move it. After filling the truck, they also helped me get a couch out of a tricky entrance. Great service.

Humberto & Eduardo were extremely efficient & very nice people! I cannot believe how quick and easy they made this move for me:) I will definitely be using Lugg again for all my delivery needs.

Tom and Steven did a great job get my stuff from Habitat for Humanity to our house. They kept us informed and let us know if there were going to be any problems, which there weren't. I couldn't be happier. Now I get to sit on my new sectional and take a nap...

Delivery was great. However, I was charged $93.50 4 times on my Citi Bank COSTCO card and 2 times on my Amex card. Why so many charges? I will only pay once !! Please call me to explain all the charges @ 510-715-6005.

Exceptional Delivery and Customer Service! My husband and I recently had a large, heavy wood table delivered to our home, and we were incredibly impressed with Antonio and Francisco, who handled the delivery. Navigating our steep staircase with such a bulky piece of furniture could not have been easy, but they were incredibly careful and meticulous every step of the way. Not only were they skilled at handling our furniture, but they were also incredibly polite and professional throughout the entire process. They were respectful of our home and took extra care to ensure that the table was placed exactly where we wanted it. We honestly can't recommend these two guys enough! If you're looking for a delivery team that is skilled, careful, and courteous, look no further. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with their service. Above and beyond … they came from far away, no way they made money on this delivery! They were sweet, kind, nice and had not one complain, they just helped me! One one think they were relatives of the owners, seriously. Long drive, bridge tolls … for a ‘down the street delivery’. Great guys!

Excellent! Waited when the seller was running late. We’re super communicative with photos and arrived right on time. Super quick and efficient with delivery.

Super smooth delivery. Very prompt. Table was securely wrapped, protected and strapped down for transport and delivery. Placed exactly where I wanted it upon delivery arrival. Luggers were friendly and very efficient.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

I had what I thought was a simple situation for furniture donation drop off at Habitat for Humanity. Turns out they don’t accept bed frame (high quality wood) by itself. Diego was helpful in navigating the situation.

Lugg was wonderful! The App was easy to use. I was able to schedule a move in short notice (the evening before), during the holidays (on New Year’s Eve) at a reasonable price. The 2-person moving team, Angel and Mauro, were prompt (early, actually), professional and exceptionally courteous and accommodating of my delivery specifications. Would gladly use Lugg for similar needs in the future. Thank you!

If I could give more stars, I would. My first experience with Lugg was nothing short of perfection. Dexter and Jahil restored my faith in customer service. 100% efficient. Courteous. Let me know that their jobs are important to them. Your app ..omg...totally clean and non-kludgy.

Exceptionally committed to solving a difficult problem: the treadmill was an unusual shape and size and wouldn't fit through any of the standard openings. Ronald had the necessary tools; he and Bladimir worked quickly to remove one component of the treadmill. They quickly and efficiently restored the unit to working condition at the delivery site. Great guys. Great job.

Took longer than expected in terms of overall time from SF to Oakland. The original estimate was $178, but this ended up being ~$50 more. One mover seemed slightly less experienced than the other, but overall delivery was quick and easy. (I helped carry in the drawers, they just did the main body of the dresser.)

Once again, Lugg came through for me. Fast pickup and delivery with no damage or hassle. Reasonable price. Would definitely use again.
