Great move. They went above and beyond at the pickup, waiting a while and eventually being able to get the attention of the craigslist people I bought the item from who forgot about it. Tight move dropoff that was done expertly

Peter and Jonathan were very helpful for a quick object move. It would be better if they brought equipment to help cover objects to prevent damage (like a blanket). They got the job done and were very friendly.

Everything went smoothly with the move of the sectional couch. It arrived on time with no damages. However, there were some dark stains on the couch that happened during the move. These stains were not present before the move. The big pieces of the couch were wrapped in plastic but some of the pillows were not and sustained some dark stains, presumably dust. We can clean it but just wanted to provide the feedback so that it could be prevented next time. The movers were nice people and professional.

These guys were prompt, professional and worked quickly. We will be using them in the future for our other delivery needs. Highly suggest using them.

I recently used Lugg to help me move from Lafayette to Pittsburg, and I had the pleasure of working with Victor. I must say that Victor was a true professional and provided exceptional customer service throughout the move. From the start, Victor was very punctual and arrived on time to get started with the move. This helped to set the tone for the entire move, and I was impressed with his timely arrival. Victor was also a careful driver and made sure that my belongings were loaded and transported safely. His driving was steady, and he took extra care to ensure that there were no sudden stops or sharp turns that could potentially damage my items. I was also grateful for Victor's strength, as he was able to carry and maneuver some of the heavier items with ease. His strength was truly impressive, and I appreciated his help with moving some of the bulkier items. Victor was very meticulous in his approach and helped to put the bed exactly in the right place and strap it down very well. He made sure that everything was secured properly to prevent any movement during transport. Lastly, Victor was a pleasure to work with, and I enjoyed his company during the move. He had a great sense of humor, which made the move a lot less stressful. He was a nice person who made the entire experience enjoyable, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and efficient movers through Lugg. In conclusion, Victor was an exceptional mover who provided outstanding service. His punctuality, careful driving, strength, attention to detail, and great personality made my move a pleasant experience. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to others.

Their patience and trying to work with the Assisted Living Facility, especially when they were unable to reach me to straighten out the situation. They were being prevented from taking out the old mattress, as the new one had not arrived. However this day had been coordinated with the Assisted Living Facility, but clearly information was not disemminated.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Darvin and Santiago were awesome, it was just a bummer that they were 25 minutes late but I understand that it may not have been preventable. I would have appreciated any text updates from Lugg about the significant delay (2:25 arrival, booked 1-2).

The team was super efficient and very careful with our fragile items. They understood how best to load our boxes to prevent breakage and were able to safely move a number of items at one time! They were very personable yet focused. I genuinely recommend them as they made the the whole experience very easy

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am extremely impressed and surprised by how easy it was to set up a move with Lugg and how friendly Angel and Jose were. My lugg was a simple job - pick up and deliver a loveseat sofa from a local store. But they made sure I knew about the existing damage (which I did) and sent me photos. They carefully wrapped and unwrapped the sofa to prevent any more damage in transit. The Lugg app is fantastic as you can add photos of what you want moved with addl notes. Then you can track the delivery in real time. Will use again!

Alexander and Aziz were amazing, kind people and did a great job with our move. They were very careful and methodical. They wrapped up large items to prevent damage and taped up all our unsealed boxes. Everything arrived in good condition and they were very quick with unloading their truck. Our move was so much easier thanks to them.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They were both amazing - I was really worried about whether my belongings would fit into the truck, and they managed to Tetris way way more than I thought possible! Additionally, I ran into some non-lugg related moving issues - the TLDR is someone at my destination was using my building’s loading dock even though I had a reservation. That person was being stubborn and rude, and Andrew/Ralph talked to him in my place and convinced him to eventually move. I really really appreciated them for doing that as I was really distressed about the situation - they are my superheroes of the day 😻 Both of them were super kind and helpful. Thank you so much!

Totally impressed with his team. They wrapped the furniture well and were extremely conscientious about preventing damage. They obviously are very experienced movers. They also were incredibly friendly and helpful. The piece was missing a screw and they offered to get one out of their truck. This is an example of going above and beyond. I cannot recommend them anymore. I really appreciate this great experience.

Both Edwin and Helvert really display hustle! I don't think they stopped moving the whole time they were on the clock. I hired them to unload my own moving truck and move all of my possessions into my third floor apartment. This included a very heavy motorized adjustable bed frame which they handled expertly with care and were able to fit into a very tiny elevator to prevent moving it up the stairwell. Edwin was especially great at communicating and understanding my request for the order in which things had to be moved in. They make a good team.

Amazing work! Jose and Manuel were friendly and took great care in wrapping the item with blankets and a tarp to prevent water damage. 10/10!

Jaime and Ruben were pretty quick with the move and careful with the furniture. They had some trouble finding the pickup because of the GPS directions but eventually they were able to find the place. Thanks so much for your help!

Flexible in moving a second fridge to another room. Quick to solving a door issue that prevented the fridge from entering.

Paulo & Leo both were super polite and efficient in getting our equipment loaded and moved! They took extra care making sure our items were blanketed to prevent scratches/tears and secured properly in their vehicle. We appreciate their attentiveness and caution with our equipment! We look forward to working with them again

Overall did a good job, efficient at moving items point a to point b. I did specify there are some loose items I would need help with — these were left behind by movers, and I will have to take care of them myself. And placement of items was not so specific, I had to provide instructions a few times and there was still some confusion. Eventually I just told them to put it in the middle of the floor to avoid confusion, even though I have lift restrictions, & I can’t place stuff where it needs to go. I would not have minded a few extra minutes at the beginning of the job to review what needed to go where, to avoid extra work later on. Nevertheless, so grateful that Lyft came through and these two workers were available to help me out today. I sincerely appreciate it!!! Many thanks🙏🏻
