Mario and Enrique were prompt, kind, and super helpful. They were at Costco within 25 minutes of booking our Lugg, and 20 minutes later they were at our house and moved our new couch inside. Incredible job all around!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

We bought a table from someone over the FB marketplace and we weren’t at the place of pickup to help, although the seller was rude and didn’t help, he didnt cancel and did it all by himself embracing the situation. Totally good experience for us and will use Lug for other moving stuff.

I was so relieved when I was able to get my new aquarium to my house because PetSmart wouldn’t ship it because it was a special item. I just happened to run across Lugg on Google so I filled out what I needed to online for a pick up to haul, which is very convenient, chose a time & day I needed them & I was done! Very reasonable prices, very professional, I would recommend Lugg to anyone that needed help with moving. Thanks again guys

Your tracking notifications were so helpful. Thank you. Steven and Steven were very friendly and helpful and actually did me a favor by taking the heavy part of my old chair out to the garage for me. They were in and out in minutes. There were no stairs or elevators to contend with. You should consider using Lugg.com for your next delivery.

My original Lugg was scheduled with only one person and for some reason canceled. My rescheduled with these two and they were great so I asked if they were able to take a third piece of furniture and they were able to do that. Super helpful, friendly and they took care of iteasily

Both of these men were excellent and went above and beyond to help me. They also did this is very good time. They never even stopped to drink water. I appreciated them so much that I gave them a huge tip. The person who was supposed to help me came down with Covid and I was initially a little bit concerned using this app because I didn’t know how the service was be but they were so professional and even brought tools and wrapping. Definitely 5 star service. If I need help again I’ll definitely use Lugg. The price was even fair. Thank you!!!

Quick & professional delivery, made sure the furniture piece was not damaged and handled it very carefully. They also pointed out manufacturing defect that I didn't catch when I purchased the furniture, which was helpful. Thank you!!

They were fast and efficient but still careful with my furniture piece. Friendly and helpful. They placed my furniture piece right where I needed it to be.

They are very professional, taking pictures before packing furniture and after unpacking furniture, detailing the details of the furniture before and after moving.
