There was a mix up with my delivery and they were patient and kind enough to work with me through it. My furniture was delivered on time.

Good communication about timing of pickup and delivery. Were also very flexible when I needed to meet them at the store to coordinate pick-up.

Quick & professional delivery, made sure the furniture piece was not damaged and handled it very carefully. They also pointed out manufacturing defect that I didn't catch when I purchased the furniture, which was helpful. Thank you!!

These guys are great! Unfortunately RH outlet messed up our order so they only gave our Lugg mover 1 out of 3 carpets. Derec and Darnell said they confirmed entire order before leaving and RH admits fault.

The guys were super fast with the delivery and both very respectful. Would highly recommend using the services in the future.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Ted was willing to go above and beyond to help move a piece of furniture that needed to be returned and he also returned to the store voluntarily and without complaint when the store forgot to include a piece of furniture and mounting hardware that should have been included in the original delivery.

Your tracking notifications were so helpful. Thank you. Steven and Steven were very friendly and helpful and actually did me a favor by taking the heavy part of my old chair out to the garage for me. They were in and out in minutes. There were no stairs or elevators to contend with. You should consider using Lugg.com for your next delivery.

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

These two guys were great. Our delivery was right on time. They were fast but careful and helpful placing the very heavy dresser. I hope we get them both again.

Jawan was great! We did have a problem with Lugg though…our delivery was supposed to be between 2-3pm and our items did not get delivered until 8pm. On the app, there were 3 different driving teams and when we called the first one around 3pm, the driver claimed to be on their way to IKEA for pickup and then our home. We had to cancel plans because we were relying on the delivery from Lugg. A refund would be appreciated.

The delivery was so quick and it went so smoothly. It was such a relief not to have to haul a couch upstairs by myself. Worth every penny.
