Great service done by Diego from Lugg, excellent handling of the furniture

Communication, friendly, went the extra mile when a box was damaged at the store (not b/c of them) to get the store to replace it for me before they left for the delivery

Customer service, delivery, bringing the item to my home and setting it up and putting it in place. I will use lugg again and request for them again

The guys are so friendly and efficient. This is my second move with them and I was happy to see that they were on this delivery too. I hope that I get them again.

They are very professional, taking pictures before packing furniture and after unpacking furniture, detailing the details of the furniture before and after moving.

Abel and Omar provided timely, professional service and helped with the furniture placement to ensure it was exactly as I wanted. Lugg movers never fail us!

Daniel & Lamar were very professional, careful and courteous. The pick up and delivery went smoothly. I booked one Lugger in order to save money, and I was willing to help lug. And I was surprised when two guys showed up! I was a little concerned that the company would double charge me, but looks like the original agreement was honored. Very helpful service. I will definitely contact Lugg when I need help in the future.

Daniel and Jerome did an excellent job at communicating with me about my delivery. They patiently waited while I checked my entire order. They were also super helpful and efficient.

Ver professional and were courteous. They delivered items on time as well as did also reach out to the delivery location when they were close by.

Daniel and William were awesome. William kept in touch the entire time, taking well documented photos of my item asking questions and keeping me informed on the delivery. They wrapped the item with care and handled it with care up to my unit. They even help me move a pre-existing item to my lobby. I so appreciate the work that they do and will definitely use Lugg again. Great work Daniel and William, you guys are Rockstars!

Exvellent attention to detail, timeliness, and customer service. Ikea had a damaged box in the items for delivery. Joshua and Darwin got a replacement before leaving the store. Great job!

Michael and William were great. Very friendly and showed up right at the start of the delivery window. Would highly recommend them both.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They were timely, efficient, and professional. They went above and beyond with the delivery on Easter Sunday too!

Both of these guys were patient. The item we requested for delivery ended up being way heavier than we realized—and we live in a Cape Cod style home—they showed a lot of patience and quick thinking to make sure it fit. Thank you both for your hard work!

Milton and Rodrigo provided great and fast delivery service. They were on time. I highly recommend them. I will definitely use Lugg again in the future.

Irwin and Emmanuel were on time and very communicative throughout the pickup and delivery trip. The table was securely placed in their truck, and they were very careful when bringing it into our home. It was my first time using Lugg so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a great experience and made the furniture delivery process so much easier!

You have nothing to worry about with Michael and Cory as your Lugg pros. They took care of everything, including wrapping the furniture they delivered for me. White glove service. Placed the furniture exactly where I wanted it. Very friendly and professional. Prompt pick up and delivery . I couldn’t be happier. Five stars!!!

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. The service was professional, very organized and courteous. They were fast in the pick up and delivery and called to confirm the items for pick up as Lugg did not do that the day prior. I really appreciate your help delivering the items and would recommend them.

Micheal & William communicated to let me know their location and approximate time of delivery and updates the closer they got to me. When they arrived they were so helpful when I asked if they would please place box into living so I couldn’t have to try to move over there. They were so nice and friendly.

Communication was great as I was not home to receive the delivery but they were awesome in the app and via text to speak with my husband who was home.
