They were really nice duo who did everything to take all our stuff up a tricky entrance and did not damage. They knew what they were doing. Would 100% recommend.

Great. Couldn’t move 2 pieces by myself. Since I had already shrink wrapped the items, they’re here and gone in less than 20 min.

Kevin & Khalid made this the easiest move ever. Super nice and careful with the couch I bought. I was pleasantly surprised at how well Lugg worked since this was my first time using the platform. I picked a time for that same afternoon, fully expecting to hear back that those times weren't available, etc...it seemed to good to be true to book for the same day. But, true to the booking, I got a text when they were on their way and there were no issues. Price was really reasonable. I am very impressed with Lugg.

Robert and Jose were great and champs for hauling all my stuff up three flights of stairs.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Mark & Emad are super nice and made hauling furniture across the city a simple task! A chore that would have taken me all day to get done was finished in a couple of hours thanks to these guys. They were very professional and careful with maneuvering large pieces around a small space even taking the time to tape off the doorways to avoid scrapes. So, if you are looking to get a dirty job done fast, without breaking a sweat while also working with attentive people who will communicate with you through out the whole process then they are definitely the way to go.

Hi Lugg Team- shout-out to John and Brad! The furniture store did not disassemble the dining table we ordered (even though we requested them to do so) so this move was tough as the table was super heavy. John and Brad still powered through and helped us maneuver the table into our storage unit. Cheers Ps. (We gave them a cash tip when they left, so i will leave that field blank here in the app)

They were awesome. Got creative to get the couch in a small front door and super friendly. Highly recommended

They were very diligent in getting up all the things that I wanted them to take to the dump and they had to dig for some stuff but they still got it out even the heavy stuff and they’re just very friendly and eager to please I think.

They were friendly, prompt, quick, and very strong! Hope to get them if I need help again! Thank you!

Wow! This service could change our lives! Like Lyft for hauling. We bought a recliner chair at West Elm today, and were planning to borrow a truck from someone to bring it home, but Lugg did it for us in under a hour. Mulusew and Terrance were very helpful, and even moved the old chair downstairs for us. Mulusew showed me how to claim my first-time user $10 off code. Great service!

Jesus was great! But the dump location was closed. I reached out for help and the answer was that it was the customer’s responsibility to ensure the place is open. Ok fair BUT I don’t recall it was mentioned anywhere. At least you should have a warning message so we do know as customer this is our responsibility! It costs me at least double the expected price!!!

Lugg is the one app that brings together great user experience with great offline service in unexpected ways. I have booked 3 Luggs - one same-day, after another mover dropped out at the last minute - and every single one has been prompt, friendly, affordable, and extremely professional.
