Amazing!! These encountered numerous problems wirh my treadmill and rose to each obstacle with determination, perseverance, ingenuity. Where others may have given them left no stone unturned. It was a difficult heavy object to maneuver out of my house and into my daughter's. Their work ethic was outstanding. They listened to suggestions, implemented them perfectly. At all times showed great respect to myself and my family. Every effort was made to protect home surfaces, as well. Lugg is very lucky to have these 2 men in your employment. I would highly recommend them both to anyone.

My first time using Lugg.com since FedEX couldn't figure it out. From FedEX in Berkeley to Marina Bay neighborhood Richmond. Both Lugg Specialists were awesome. Only hitch was a snag in their GPS that caused a slight delay.

Charles and Maurice were superheroes, extremely patient and careful throughout lugging a heavy dining table to our house. Highly recommend Lugg!

These two superheroes and their strength lifted and carried a piano down the stairs. They wrapped it in shrink wrap and blankets and then secured it with straps onto their truck. Did I mention it was a freakin piano!?! They then drive 2 hours and delivered it to my home. I live in a building with no elevator and on the 3rd floor. The only way to get to my unit is - you guessed it, up 3 flights of stairs that turn and twist. Can you even fathom that amount of strength and skill? I cannot. They did not even bang or scratch any walls! They were soft spoken and very friendly. Off they went to their other job site after gulping down huge glassful of water that I gave to them. Tipped them in cash. The best, hands down!

Javier was right on time for a last minute job, called to confirm the number of items to pickup were correct, managed to expertly park the sprinter van right in front of my building in one of the craziest neighborhoods in the city, and delivered everything perfectly.

They did an awesome job moving my vintage table. Went above and beyond and communicated with me when RH Outlet Pleasanton would not release the table due to the fact that the photo of the receipt Lugg provided from me was not clear enough to read. I’m so pleased with their service!

Edwin and Jose truly went above and beyond and provided excellent service—all at 9pm at night! They expertly navigated our neighborhoods and carefully but efficiently moved heavy furniture pieces (and large table and two benches). I was extremely impressed with their services.

They were both amazing - I was really worried about whether my belongings would fit into the truck, and they managed to Tetris way way more than I thought possible! Additionally, I ran into some non-lugg related moving issues - the TLDR is someone at my destination was using my building’s loading dock even though I had a reservation. That person was being stubborn and rude, and Andrew/Ralph talked to him in my place and convinced him to eventually move. I really really appreciated them for doing that as I was really distressed about the situation - they are my superheroes of the day 😻 Both of them were super kind and helpful. Thank you so much!

I am very grateful for mike and Charles’ help!! I am amazed to have a piano at our home now. Very impressive. They have superhuman muscles!!

Johnathan and Jose worked non stop in a three story townhouse and got what we wouldn’t think would fit into a 16’ storage pod, on a very warm and super humid day. They are superheroes! My friend kept saying into the night and at dinner, “I just can’t believe they got all that to fit!” And they have a great sense of humor. I can’t thank them enough and will definitely use Lugg again when needed!

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Darbin was kind and calm delivering these chairs in a busy neighborhood. He went above and beyond to get these chairs to our office.

Wow! They were fast. Up two flights of stairs with heavy RH furniture and they were in and out of our house in 5 minutes!

This was a pretty simple pickup, but the Luggers were careful and quick. I appreciated the good communication about arrival time (running a little late). I think I only requested one Lugger and got two. Perhaps that was because they were already working in my area. Very positive consumer experience - thank you!

Convenience is the name of the game. Use the app to schedule pick up and delivery of large items.

The guys were friendly and I was comfortable having them in my home. I do have an issue with the time logged. I schedule the pick up between 6 and 7 -  they arrived 17 minutes early and it looks like I’m being charged for that time. I don’t think that’s their fault. I think that’s the way that lugg is set up. They sent too early.  When they did get there, they were in front of the wrong address. They navigation directed them to the lot behind and so that took some time as well. The woman was in her home at 5 minutes after and she was texting me so I’m pretty sure she was already there at 6:00 as scheduled. They were not actually at the door until about five after six and they left there at 7:01 so I don’t know how the labor could be 78 minutes on the outbound unless they count the time they were there b4 the scheduled slot.  Also, I would’ve preferred that they didn’t take the drawers out of the end tables. Perhaps it would’ve taken two of them to move the end tables or perhaps they would have had to use a dolly to move the end tables, but taking the drawers out of the end tables took a lot of time because we had to put the doors back in and they didn’t mark the drawers for the places the drawers went back into and one of the rails was bent and a ball betting that he pulled out of the track. Now the drawers are scraping when they pull in and out and we spent time shuffling the drawers around trying to figure out which one went where because they were rubbing on the above drawer when pulled out. Im pretty sure all that pulling drawers in and out over and over caused one track to bend. I heard scraping noises and they had to be forced. If drawers must be moved, the luggers should be trained to mark the doors with masking tape, so we know which drawers go in which slot. also the act of taking out the drawers may have bent the track. He tried to bend it back in place but it still scrapes when I try to pull it out. They did move two extra sets of end tables from one room into the other when they brought the new and tables in with pleasure and they were kind people. I just think that perhaps it’s best not to mess with taking drawers in and out.  one of the big reasons I’m replacing the side tables in my room was that the drawers didn’t pull in and out nicely so I was excited to finally have end tables that didn’t do that and unfortunately I again have a drawer that I can’t pull out easily. I think Lugg should cover the wait time because they were early also, I’d assume you have insurance for any damage. I do believe I’ll have to have these drawers looked at and perhaps the track replaced. Please contact me.

This was such an impressive job by these two. From pick up to delivery, they were fantastic. The parking in the neighborhood was tough and they were patient and we were able to snag a spot right in front. They were friendly and had a great attitude! I will use lugg again because of them :)

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Fadhil and Kenneth were amazing movers, especially Fadhil who was a powerhouse! He also has Tetris skills for getting everything to fit perfectly in the truck like a jigsaw puzzle and had a great attitude throughout the process.

The GPS seemed to lead them to a non-ideal part of the neighborhood, which is an issue we have with our location. Fortunately they were able to redirect quickly once I found them. I appreciated that they scouted the building in advance. They were open to a suggestion I had which also helped. They were also willing to reorient the item.

I had sent address of Arhaus in Walnut Creek and where to park to pick up furniture that was not relayed to them

I am so happy to have had a moving team like Luis and Robert. Their efficiency, expertise and flexibility made my moving experience so much easier. They went above and beyond to make sure my furniture was protected and they were more than accommodating with my neighbors coming in and out of the building/neighborhood. I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!!
