This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

This crew was epic! So impressed with their effort, speed, strength, and effort to make sure the job got done right. We moved a lot of furniture onto a trailer and they even gave me their strap to make sure it was ready to haul. Nice work.

Really great guys. They have all the tools you need for moving furnitures with care. Very patient. Helped us pack many heavy furnitures from Crate and Barrel to our home.

Homer and David did an amazing job moving a really large heavy 350lbs piece of furniture. They were super careful and efficient. I definitely could not have done the job myself.

They quickly wrapped the furniture and moved it with ease down a flight of porch stairs/steps Locked it in place in the back of the truck

Genaro and Juba helped disassemble, move, and reassemble multiple pieces of furniture. They did a great job and were quick and efficient. They also even helped me move a desk up into a loft space which was challenging as the desk was heavy and the stairs narrow -- practically a ladder. But they made it look effortless. Thank you for your help!

These guys were prompt, professional and worked quickly. We will be using them in the future for our other delivery needs. Highly suggest using them.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Would tip but charge for loading shouldn't be made since Crate & Barrel were ready to load,as,I communicated when initiating delivery. Don't know whose fault this is but will deduct from tip unfortunately since no where else to deduct it.

First time user of the app and it was so easy! Bought a bunch of patio furniture from Costco with no idea how to transport so used the Lugg app and was extremely happy with the job that was done. Fast, reliable and overall a really good experience.

They were amazing at helping us move. They went above and beyond helping us move our furniture into storage and putting stuff into storages.

They put up with Crate and Barrel who totally messed things up. They took grief from these unpleasant people who could not find my product. After I had a little "talk" with the Crate and Barrel people, they found my product and these guys delivered. But, they put up with the CB people claiming they didn't have the order and disparaging me.

Kenny & Joseph were amazing at helping us lug some heavy furniture upstairs and take away all of our trash. They were professional, kind, and efficient. Can’t recommend them enough!

Michael was very prompt and helpful. He helped me lugg a bookcase from Crate and Barrell and assisted in disposing of the packaging.

Hello Team Lugg, This was a disappointing experience for my inaugural Lugg trial since my friend recommended them after using your service from a furniture store, I believe it was Crate and Barrel. The app says to expect Lugg movers within 25 minutes, however the app told me my movers were two hours away! Thinking it might be a bug with the app, I tried calling the movers without success. After waiting 30 minutes, I called the movers again and they told me they just got to another job and would be well over the estimated timeframe. I expressed my disappointment and they said I could cancel the job and email support since Lugg controls the matching of pick ups and deliveries. I cancelled and re-requested, but got matched to the same movers. I was so frustrated, I regretted not originally using task rabbit, like I do for most move jobs. I emailed support and was happy to get a very rapid response from them. However, the process I went through seems unacceptable for a service that crate and barrel recommends. The only reason I would give Lugg a star out of this experience was because of the movers that ended up getting paired with me. They were professional, courteous, and quick! One minor ding because they forgot their wrap for furniture at their last job, but their willingness to stay late and take my move made up for that. I was also expecting to pay $55, and the total came out to $84. The labor time and transportation time do not add up for me, and am hoping you can provide a detailed description. I hope that you can take this feedback for future jobs, and make this situation acceptable to meet my expectations so that I can leave you guys a positive review. Thank you so much. You did an excellent job wrapping and padding my furniture to move it across town. You secured it to your truck in a very professional way. When you arrived you carefully carried everything upstairs, placed it where I asked, and unwrapped it. I would definitely have you move us again in the future!!!!!

They were great. Friendly, moved a difficult piece of furniture with relative ease, very communicative and flexible when we had to suddenly switch locations due to poor communication from Recology. Thank you! Job well done.
