I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Askari and Jason moved a very heavy 1880s fainting couch across town, up treacherous stairs and through the narrow halls of my abode with a gentle ease that could only be described as graceful.

Omar and Antoine were amazing. They got everything moved from my old place to my new place without any damage and they were so nice and provided incredible customer service. They made the process easy and painless.

Jose is super communicative, kind and helpful; Jose has a good eye for space, dimensions and orienting things in the right direction!! They were REALLY efficient packers and movers; would love to use them again if I needed too!

The piece that they moved for me was so heavy. I had no idea as I purchased it on Facebook Marketplace. Victor and Luiz worked so hard to move it with ease and care.

These guys were so kind. They put up with me while i made decisions about placement of the furniture. They took very good care not to damage the moved items or the walls and floors. I would highly recommend them!

Super smooth delivery. Very prompt. Table was securely wrapped, protected and strapped down for transport and delivery. Placed exactly where I wanted it upon delivery arrival. Luggers were friendly and very efficient.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

These cabinets are covered in extremely thin and delicate curved mirrors. They break and crack in a strong wind-they are very, very fragile. I have tried moving them myself and cracked the sides three times. So I called in the pros….my ace Lugg experts Steven and Jesus. I was so pleased when they pulled up as they moved two large display cabinets for me a few weeks ago ago. Moved them perfectly. They came armed with multiple blanket layers and mover’s film and swaddled these chests like a newborn. No dollys to risk pressure on glass, they hand carried them to the truck and ingeniously tied down the legs so no straps put pressure on any glass. They were awesome, gentle, strong, thoughtful, and very smart on how not only to move them, but also to care for them, protect them. They arrived at our destination and they showed the same care and concentration in unloading as they did loading. The arrived in perfect condition. I could not not be happier or more impressed with their focus on being extra careful and gentle and with their friendly professionalism. Hiring Lugg to move these was the best move I ever made and getting the Wonder Team of Steven and Jesus just made it all the better. You cannot go wrong with this service. It saved my back, several trips of taking out the drawers (very heavy chests) with every move of mine risking another crack, and more replacement glass. Not this time, they were AWESOME, AS GOOD AS IT GETS WITH MOVES! HANDS DOWN THE BEST! Again, I know it’s long, but I can’t say enough good things about my Lugg experience, they treated those chests as delicately and carefully as humanly possible, and it showed. Their teamwork and communication with each other and with me was outstanding. Hire them…you can’t go wrong and it will save you a lot of stress. Now I’m free to go about my day totally satisfied these chests made it safely. Thank you Steven and Jesus…you two rock! I’ll look forward to our next job together. -John

Great service! They went beyond our expectations. We gave them a challenge (lugging a large office table through narrow spaces) and they exceeded our expectations. They told us each step before they did it and they maneuvered with extreme caution.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

I didn’t realize how long my couch was and wouldn’t fit in the elevator in my building. The person I got the couch from (FB Marketplace) recommended Lugg and I was so grateful because I was panicking. Anthony and Julian were so thorough and quite quick, especially considering it was 4 flights of stairs, and a tough fit through the last door due to the length of the couch. They were very careful and I was just so so grateful they were here and able to get it done! I would absolutely use Tugg again if needed in the future. They also told me that most of their jobs are FB Marketplace pick ups and deliveries and it’s so good to know for future reference! Thank you SOOOOO much Anthony and Julian!

They were not only on time but a few minutes early. When we got to my place, to make room for the new couch, they moved my old couch from the house to the back of my friend's truck in the driveway. I was also concerned about fitting the new couch through the front door, which was narrower than the norm because the house was built in the 1930s when everything was smaller(!). But they were careful and watched the edges/corners, and they made it look easy. Great service all around.

Once again, Lugg came through for me. Fast pickup and delivery with no damage or hassle. Reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

Genaro and Juba helped disassemble, move, and reassemble multiple pieces of furniture. They did a great job and were quick and efficient. They also even helped me move a desk up into a loft space which was challenging as the desk was heavy and the stairs narrow -- practically a ladder. But they made it look effortless. Thank you for your help!

They quickly wrapped the furniture and moved it with ease down a flight of porch stairs/steps Locked it in place in the back of the truck

The guys were great! The only dilemma that I didn’t see until after they left was the spaces on the corners where the sofa was not covered with cellophane got pretty dirty.

They were so efficient with time and space! I had a big job with lots of office furniture and they made sure all the items were properly protected and made it to the destination in perfect shape. 10/10, would absolutely hire again!

They made sure the items were delivered without scratches.. very friendly guys! They were able to work it out bringing the heavy furnitures through tight spaces! Did a fantastic job!
