We had to reschedule due to heavy items and Eileen and Denis communicated with us, were helpful and then returned promptly later in the day to complete the job. They brought in and set up three very heavy items from Costco. Many thanks!!

Eileen and Westley did a superb job moving the island I purchased on Facebook Marketplace. They were punctual, communicated clearly, and were very careful when bringing the enormous piece into my home.

Jonas and Petr‘s are great! They moved some very heavy and also some very delicate items. Everything was done with extreme care. Not one thing got scratched. They knew exactly what to do. It was not an easy move. They had to move things from a condo with narrow hallways and small elevators into a house that was under construction. Even though they had to move things through scaffolding and up and down a spiral staircase, they did it perfectly, all with great energy. Professional. Polite. Just a great experience!

Small moves in the city can end up being costly and complicated if you don't happen to have a suitable vehicle and labor at both ends. Lugg is a great solution for this. I used Lugg for the first time recently to move a pickup truck's worth of equipment across town on a tight schedule, and was thoroughly impressed by the ease of booking, the clear and very reasonable pricing, the efficiency and clear communication at every step, and the friendly efficiency of my Lugger.

They were great, super helpful and somewhat concerned that I wasn’t asking them to donate more. This was my time using Lugg a unfortunately the first to luggers were really unhelpful and left without carrying my bed frame to the second floor after delivery. Within a half hour I had the best customer service experience of my life and great part 2 to my Lugg experience. I'll definitely be a returning customer!
