Edmund and Anthony were professional, careful and friendly. They arrived on time and kept in touch during the process of picked my purchase up from the store and delivering to my house. They set my furniture precisely where I asked. Great experience.

Glen and Lamin were excellent transporters of my dresser! They were very friendly and very knowledgeable about their job. This piece of furniture was very heavy but they made it look easy! William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

On time, friendly, good communication when they noticed the cushions were not on the furniture, moved furniture through a tricking doorway without scratching or breaking anything

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

AMAZING 🤩 TOTAL PROS Nathan and Jason were timely and extremely professional. They brought plastic furniture wrap, moving blankets, etc and took great caution with walls and common areas in both buildings. Courteous, assess the situationi. It needed an extra strap so they got that and made sure the furniture was secure. Very professional.

They were absolutely awesome. Went above and beyond to get the furniture in without damaging it. They were very pleasant and accommodating. Deserve a raise!

Yolando and Lamin were fantastic! They had to get a massive, very solid armoire into my kitchen. Our front hall is narrow and awkward and, after trying every which way, we went with plan B: take it through the backyard and haul it in through a side door that sits a good two feet above the ground. Throughout, Yolando and Lamin were consummate professionals. Their ability to calmly problem solve while carefully lugging a massive piece of furniture was second to none. I absolutely recommend them and will call Lugg for future moves!

The furniture arrived in prime condition they had it covered with a blanket and they were very friendly.

Edward and Hussain arrived on-time & were accommodating, very helpful and professional upon pick-up. They delivered the item to the correct address in a timely manner, brought it inside the facility and helped to set it up. They thoroughly secured the large piece of furniture in the truck and took the extra steps to protect the item from the elements (rain).
