Truly the best movers. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thank you!!! Hire them. They helped me fit in recliner couch. They asked if they could use their tools to remove door. They did! They then put it back appropriately. There has to be way to tip them on this app. I did get Jose’s phone number to tip him via Zelle as well if I can’t tip on app. These guys are professional, hire them!!!

Therrell and Deshawn were quick and efficient delivering a couch. I would definitely trust and hire them again! Very friendly!

Great experience. I was a little late showing up but JEROME and MICHAEL M. were super chill about it. They got to work and didn’t diddle around which is important because it’s by-the-minute labor. Never got the idea that they were trying to squeeze out dollars. They were also great conversation as they worked. Definitely recommend if this type of service fits your moving needs.

I was very nervous about using Lugg for a FB marketplace furniture purchase in terms of how much the cost would be, in case the movers didn’t show (which has happened in other utask based apps). but I am super impressed!! Movers arrived on time and had all the relevant supplies! I got answers very quickly from Lugg about how labor is calculated and what movers would have and cancellation questions. The process was very smooth and I am happy Lugg exists and I plan to use again!

Gerardo and Yaroslav were a great duo. There arrived on time to pick-up furniture at Ikea, they made sure everything was complete and headed to my home right away. They made my move in experience flawless. I will definitely hired them again! Thanks!!!

They were awesome. It took some extra effort getting my couch to fit into the elevator in my building but they made it happen. They were also very efficient and courteous. Would definitely hire them again.

This was my first time using Lugg and I’m so happy I did it. Leonel and Jose were very professional and polite. I was moving a large piece of vintage wood furniture with different parts. They dissembled the piece and loaded it into their van very quickly. When they moved it into my apartment, they were very careful not to damage the wood, which is impressive considering I live up three flights of narrow spiral stairs. They exceeded my expectations in terms of timing and I would definitely hire again.

They did great job wrapping the furniture and carefully moving through the corridors and in the apartment. Very quick and polite movers.
