Andrew and Christopher were very good delivery guys. Very polite, very helpful and professional. Seems like they’d be fun to hang around with from my short time spent with them. Felt bad they had a long day ahead of them (driving to deliveries) but the weather was good on the day they came. Should I ever need help moving again, I’d definitely ask for Andy and Chris again! 👍🏻

Amazing first experience with the app. They both kept my sofa safe the entire time and were extremely cautious of not damaging the building while moving in. Would highly recommend! Thank you both Jason & Scott!!!

No complaints, they were very pleasant and didn’t cause any distractions or problems while our sales teams were working. They got it done effectively and I will be going with them again next time!

Bill and Marquis were excellent movers! They were kind, friendly, and professional. They were patient during the pick up when the vendor was having a hard time releasing the product and were kind enough for me to arrive to help resolve the situation. They packaged and secured the item amazingly and the drive and delivery was incredibly smooth. I would HIGHLY recommend them for my next big purchase. Lugg has made item delivery a stress-free environment! 👍🏻

They made sure all pieces of coach furniture was assembled correctly and the connecting wires to my recliner couch was working fine before they report to their app to departure. Very nice gentleman’s . They were tipped cash and each was so appreciative and thanked me many times .

They responded to my request VERY quickly! They carefully unboxed the large cabinet, put it in the place where I wanted it, helped me to level it, and took away all the cardboard and other packing materials. I highly recommend them!

I was very nervous about using Lugg for a FB marketplace furniture purchase in terms of how much the cost would be, in case the movers didn’t show (which has happened in other utask based apps). but I am super impressed!! Movers arrived on time and had all the relevant supplies! I got answers very quickly from Lugg about how labor is calculated and what movers would have and cancellation questions. The process was very smooth and I am happy Lugg exists and I plan to use again!

Great experience. I was a little late showing up but JEROME and MICHAEL M. were super chill about it. They got to work and didn’t diddle around which is important because it’s by-the-minute labor. Never got the idea that they were trying to squeeze out dollars. They were also great conversation as they worked. Definitely recommend if this type of service fits your moving needs.

They were punctual, professional and took great care to move the dresser without damaging it or my freshly painted walls. They were communicative and friendly. I felt safe with them in my home which is important for a single woman. These guys surpassed my expectations as well as experiences with other app based movers. I really can’t say enough good things about them.
