It felt like having a friend help with moving.” He was our main Lugger because we only needed one person to help at the storage unit. Dara helped load some stuff to go to the dump when we realized not everything fit our Uhaul. Everything worked out today with their assistance.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with an amazing team that helped me move some unneeded boxes from my new apartment to my storage facility, and I can’t recommend them enough! From start to finish, they were not only incredibly efficient but also super friendly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They handled everything with care and worked quickly, ensuring everything was done in a timely manner. If you’re looking for a team that will go above and beyond, these guys are the ones to call! Fantastic experience, John Benjamin & Clayton were very helpful and even wrapped the bed in plastic for me to store it safely.

These two hustled the whole 3.5 hours we had them, were patient when storage unit was too small and had to get a bigger unit.

Ryan and Leonardo were awesome! They communicated with me about everything and the for the move done very quickly. Even when they ran into issues at my storage facility, they worked work me to get it resolved. I will definitely hire Lugg again, and if possible, I would request Ryan and Leonardo without hesitation.

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

These guys were experts. They were careful with the truck AND with my belongings. So much personality. They helped me get on the elevator to show them where the storage unit was. I am claustrophobic and these guys calmed me all the way up and all the way down on the elevator. Amazing experience. Thank you LUGG

The team made sure that the painted cabinets were arranged efficiently in the storage space with minimal exposure of the finished faces and edges. Top notch!

Robert and Gennaddi were great moving our stuff to storage. They know how to arrange the sofa in the storage too to make it space efficient.
