Lugg is the best for having furniture delivered. I found a bathroom vanity with an extremely heavy (250lb+) stone top that never would have been feasible for me to bring home. Lugg handled it seamlessly and made the process a breeze. The prices were totally fair in my opinion too!

Juan and Nykolys were great! They kept me updated along their trip from the store to my home, and were very friendly and helpful by bringing my items into the room I wanted them in.

Servio and Carlos are HEROES!! They moved our entire office from a large air-controlled indoor storage unit to a much bigger storage unit (that we needed) in the same facility but it was located🌾🌾outside🌞!! We all know it was crazy 🥵 hot a couple of days ago, so to say a big move was challenging 😰 was a huge understatement🤯! Furthermore, the elevators🛗barely worked throughout the afternoon😒and they still persevered, pivoting in the smartest🧠most efficient ways possible. No matter what, this move actually took waaaay longer ⏳….⌛️⌛️ than I had ever anticipated😳, compounded by the blazing ☀️☀️. Servio & Carlos did not leave me hanging in that awful heat🔥, cause they😵‍💫kept at it 💪🏻💪🏼. 🤔They asked me questions🙋🏻‍♂️, offered suggestions💁🏻‍♂️, and worked with me🫱🏾‍🫲🏼after everyone had gone 🏃🏽🏃🏼‍♀️💨. 🙏🏾Please consider giving them a bonus🤑! Or the LUGGERs of the WEEK Award🏆🏆! At least a feature on the home page💻 with testimonials. Surely🙏🏾, I’m not the first👏🏻👏🏼👏🏽👏🏾 to praise🫶🏾them. Bill and Marquis were excellent movers! They were kind, friendly, and professional. They were patient during the pick up when the vendor was having a hard time releasing the product and were kind enough for me to arrive to help resolve the situation. They packaged and secured the item amazingly and the drive and delivery was incredibly smooth. I would HIGHLY recommend them for my next big purchase. Lugg has made item delivery a stress-free environment! 👍🏻

I reached out to Lugg after another on-demand service could not follow through. My request was assigned to William & Alex under an hour, and they were great. Alex communicated with me during the entire process, and were at my home in no time. Getting my couch in definitely required some work 😮‍💨, but they were great sports about it. They made sure all pieces of coach furniture was assembled correctly and the connecting wires to my recliner couch was working fine before they report to their app to departure. Very nice gentleman’s . They were tipped cash and each was so appreciative and thanked me many times .

The ride share app experience for furniture, etc. The in app features were a breeze to use. I purchased a used armoire too large for my vehicle. I booked Lugg within minutes and went home. I received a text they arrived at the store an hour and a half later, exactly within the time window I had booked. They spent a few minutes at the store loading up. I received a text they were on the way. I could follow their location on the map in real time. They arrived and delivered with professionalism at every step. Exactly what I was looking for, and having many times used other local single large item delivery services (fridge, couch, desk, sectional), Lugg pricing was in-line and perfectly reasonable.

These guys were awesome and made my move so smooth! Will definitely book in the future and recommend to my friends and family!!

Cannot tell you how much I appreciate your company Finally someone figured out how to do delivery !! I have been dealing with the Other IKEA delivery. Company NIGHTMARE called SELECT EXPRESS !!! Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Andrew and Christopher were very good delivery guys. Very polite, very helpful and professional. Seems like they’d be fun to hang around with from my short time spent with them. Felt bad they had a long day ahead of them (driving to deliveries) but the weather was good on the day they came. Should I ever need help moving again, I’d definitely ask for Andy and Chris again! 👍🏻
