They were great, super helpful and somewhat concerned that I wasn’t asking them to donate more. This was my time using Lugg a unfortunately the first to luggers were really unhelpful and left without carrying my bed frame to the second floor after delivery. Within a half hour I had the best customer service experience of my life and great part 2 to my Lugg experience. I'll definitely be a returning customer!

Eileen and Westley were great!! They carried a heavy piece of furniture up my stairs with no problem and were very friendly

They asked if I needed their help taking the sofa out of the box and they screwed on the legs neither of which I was expecting.

Eileen and Westley were outstanding. They saw an issue at the store and face timed us to show the problem prior to loading the sofa, and if we were okay. It was not a big deal, but that attention to detail on my behalf was huge! Thank you both for your exceptional customer service!

Great guys, fantastic problem solvers. Moved a huge, heavy leather recliner through a tight space without a scratch. They made my first Lugg experience exceptional.

They did an amazing job! They took the time to make sure my large piece of furniture made it down the basement even when it seemed it was not going to fit through the doorway. But they made it happen!! Great job! I would recommend!!

Jonas and Petr‘s are great! They moved some very heavy and also some very delicate items. Everything was done with extreme care. Not one thing got scratched. They knew exactly what to do. It was not an easy move. They had to move things from a condo with narrow hallways and small elevators into a house that was under construction. Even though they had to move things through scaffolding and up and down a spiral staircase, they did it perfectly, all with great energy. Professional. Polite. Just a great experience!

Follow-through to go the extra step to obtain the electronic receipt at Goodwill. Also, they kept me informed as to their progress getting to the apt, picking up the item, and following through with the donation drop-off. Thank you!

I wasn’t able be there in-person tonight to assist with my lugg but they were able to take care of it without me and all still sent smoothly! Appreciate the help!
